We have been visiting this garden for the 3rd year. Unfortunately, you have to drive from another part of the city, but believe me, it's really worth it. Every day the child attends medical procedures. During this time, vision improved from 0.2-0.3 to 0.6 without glasses. The glasses are already one. Small groups of up to 10 people and just great educators who put their soul into the children. If the child is sick, they periodically call and are interested in how he feels. The entire staff of the garden is very friendly, from the guards on watch to the paramedics. They know all the children by name and really meet them every day with a smile! Thank you so much for their work!

A wonderful kindergarten. The staff is polite and friendly. The equipment of the groups is good, the garden is renovated, the atmosphere is cozy. There is a pediatrician, an ophthalmology unit. Children are always screened. The child loves to go there very much.

I would like to express my gratitude to Anna Svyatoslavovna Kozhar, head of kindergarten No. 403 in Minsk. The groups have the best conditions for the development of children, according to their age category. The territory of the kindergarten is always put in order. All wishes and comments of parents are taken into account. At parent-teacher meetings, questions about the work of the kindergarten are always discussed, reports on the work done are always carried out. Everyone knows that the work of a manager requires careful and reverent attitude towards each employee, while remaining sufficiently competent and demanding in the performance of duties. In my opinion, Anna Svyatoslavovna is exactly such a leader. I would like to note separately the work of the educators of group No. 9 Artemyeva Yulia Genadyevna and Naumovich Elena Vladimirovna. I would like to note their high professionalism in difficult work with children. When parents come to kindergarten, they always look with great interest at all the creative works of children that are exhibited in the locker room of the group. It is impossible not to note their work with parents, they will always explain, give advice, all requests and comments are never ignored. Thanks to the musical director, Serkhanova Galina Valeryevna, wonderful matinees are held in the kindergarten, where parents watch a small performance with great pleasure and pride, where teachers together with children lead round dances, dance and read poetry! It's always memorably interesting... Step by step, under the careful guidance of these educators, children learn about the world around them, learn to be friends and respect each other, exploring personal possibilities. When taking a child to kindergarten, it is very important for any parent to spend time in a group as comfortable as possible. And there has always been a real team of professionals next to the children, so parents with a calm heart leave their children, because they are sure that they will be fed on time, looked after, and most importantly, trained and properly educated. I recommend kindergarten No. 403 in Minsk!!!

A complete disappointment! The institution is based on the image of 10 years ago. There is an acute shortage of staff, there are not enough typhlopedagogues, a speech therapist only for older children, an ophthalmologist has quit, children are sent to polyclinics or prescribed treatment for a fee. Incompetent leadership. The only decent caregivers, but for the sake of this, there is no point in taking a child to the other side of the city!

I am glad that qualified specialists are working with the child. Thanks to the administration, which magically holds people back. If there are questions or problems, then teachers and management will always listen, help you find a way out and treat you with understanding. The garden has become better than 3 years ago. We made repairs in groups, in the office of a speech therapist and a psychologist. The child is crazy about the caregivers, he is happy to fly to the garden in the morning. Everything is always clean and tidy. It is a pity that only offended people write comments. Personally, I am grateful for the upbringing and development of my child.
