The hotel is not new, but the rooms are comfortable, spacious, they have everything for living. And, most importantly, it's two steps to the sea. There are also all shops, cafes and a market with wonderful vegetables and fruits nearby.

The hotel is just tired, the doors are falling off, and our closet has fallen.
But the attitude of the staff, and the view outside the windows, and the spacious family rooms - you just barely pay attention to the rest. We had 7 hotels on this trip, and this is definitely the leader. Sunrises, lying in bed and such bright spacious rooms are love. Thanks ❤

Positive: first line, super sea view from the upper floors. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. A comfortable bed. Each room has air conditioning. Good water pressure in the shower. A fairly large outdoor pool is open from May to October.
Cons: very old room stock and poor cleaning. The floor is dirty, the furniture is shabby, the lights are flashing. And the top of engineering is that the toilet is half pushed into the shower room, which has only one side wall to protect it from water, so every trip to the shower is a wet floor and a wet toilet.

Of the advantages, only the location relative to the sea and cafes / shops and spacious rooms, that's probably all.
In front of the hotel there is an abandoned construction site, with all the consequences: iron pins sticking out, garbage, various building materials, glass lying around. Also, an inadequate homeless man lives on this construction site, who sometimes screams at night.
Audibility, as if there are no windows, at night it is noisy due to racing cars and vacationers. We were out of season, even then it was noisy, you could hear singing in the cafe on the embankment. It blows through the windows, as they do not close tightly, and water is poured in the rain.
The rooms are dirty, they are cleaned every 3 days, but this does not help either, since their cleaning and cleaning cannot be called (they just pour water on the floor and smear it with a mop), as a result they bought a mop themselves and washed the floor. The sockets are falling off, wires are sticking out on the ceiling, the shower head was broken (replaced after the third request), the kettle was also replaced, all the furniture was on the verge of breaking (the cabinet under the sink was propped up by workers with some kind of stone support, because it was already all skewed, the dryer was repaired by tying a bag)), mold in the shower, the sink was leaking, the sofa was burnt, the bed linen and towels were stained and full of holes, the hole under the toilet smelled of cat urine, the windows were very dirty. We bought the cooking utensils ourselves, since it is impossible to cook in the proposed one.
The Wi-Fi broke down and no longer worked, although every day they said that they had fixed it, then they would come to fix it, then something with the router (it lasted 3 weeks)
They did not monitor the hotel at all, they wanted to make it expensive, but something went wrong)

The location of the hotel is excellent: to the beach and the promenade 2 minutes on foot, within walking distance of the market, shops, restaurants and cafes, 5 minutes.by car, the big shopping center 5 Migros. Sea view! Spacious rooms, very convenient for people with limited mobility. The staff is customer-oriented and satisfies requests promptly.

We just got back. We had a wonderful rest.
The hotel has a good location. There are many cafes, restaurants nearby, grocery stores and a small market within walking distance. It's a couple of minutes to the sea.
The hotel staff is very friendly, all requests and wishes were fulfilled immediately.
The rooms are a little tired, it would be possible to make cosmetic repairs. But for such a price, it's a sin to complain..
There are air conditioners in every room, they work quietly. The sound insulation is good.
We recommend it to everyone.

We had a rest together in September 2022, everything was wonderful! Initially, we booked a 1 + 1 room, but upon arrival we were settled in 2+ 1 (without extra charge), it didn't seem to need an extra room, but it's still nice, space! Packed suitcases! In general, everything was fine in the room, a comfortable kitchen, a bed, a sofa, small joints in the toilet, but on the second day we did not even notice it... Cleaning was done without problems, at the first request. The hotel is especially well located in relation to the sea, just a couple of minutes and you are on a quite decent Babil bich beach with a wide beach line. Convenient location relative to the promenade, shops and cafes. The staff is polite, but once in 12 days there was "fun", as the receptionist said, the guests were crazy... We had the choice of sleeping in the bedroom on the other side. I liked the rest in general and of course it can be repeated, including the hotel.

A family of 4 people vacationed in October 2022.
First, they gave a room on the second floor (2 rooms and a kitchen). There was no switch at the night light, the water in the hand sink was not regulated, the hook in the bathroom was broken (and there was only one for towels), so they asked to change the room. We moved to the third floor.
Positive:
- proximity to the beach, view from the window, comfortable mattresses, large refrigerator
Minuses:
- after taking a shower, the floor is in puddles, the curtains are white - it's light early in the morning, the rooms require cosmetics, weak Internet, there are no shelves or hooks in the corridor.
There were cockroaches in our room, we informed the staff - they came and treated us, but for some reason the cockroaches remained. We weren't in the room much, just sleeping, so we didn't bother the guys anymore.
In general, it is possible to live, the location is excellent, the staff is good, the view is just right for a vacation.
