Really good food for an affordable price. If you are looking for traditional Armenian cousin -- this is a good place. Cannot compare it with other places in the same area, but I was pleasantly surprised by wonderful combination of quality and price. Waiters are polite, fast, and knowledgeable.
Recommend this place strongly.

Taste and atmosphere of Armenia
An incredibly cozy and delicious place with very friendly staff. It is in the spirit of Armenia to be friendly and loving to the guest! Here, this is combined with the uniqueness of the comfort of the courtyard in which this place is located.

Everything is very tasty, if they recommend something from the menu, you should take it, it won't advise anything bad. The atmosphere is cozy, pleasant, the staff is honest, knows their job. The service is excellent, hospitable, and always helpful for the price and preferences. I recommend it!!!

Last time we came, we took some interesting national dishes, it was delicious and healthy. This time we took chicken fillet with grilled vegetables.
The chicken turned out to be simply fried, overdried. Honestly, I wasn't impressed at all. I didn't prepare as fast as I would have liked. Yesterday, in another cafe, we ate just a gorgeous chicken kebab and kebab, and against their background, this dried chicken is just sad ... :)
Otherwise, the interior and exterior of the summer house are cool, the service is not bad)
The portion size is large and good. It's too expensive for prices.

Nice interior, charming waiter, delicious food. The disadvantage is that we poured wine with us completely different from what we drank in the hall, apparently thinking that we would not notice the alcohol. But it was impossible not to notice. This ruined the impression of delicious food and a little bit of a wonderful evening : (minus 1 star for cheating and minus 1 star for the wine that was poured for takeaway. I think this is unacceptable, especially for a good restaurant with a low price tag.

1) No connection (local operator), no wi-fi. They don't warn you about it.
2) The Armenian breakfast was served without butter and tarragon. Why should I double-check the equipment and the composition?
3) They didn't ask how to bring the dishes, the result was that they brought the mashed potatoes faster than the shish kebab, which was already cold from the beginning, and the cherry tomato looked and tasted absolutely stale. After the barbecue was brought, it was logical that the mashed potatoes were icy.
4) The chicken (shish kebab) turned out to be too salty, which is why it is impossible to eat without sauce. It turned out to somehow interrupt the taste of salt. As a result, they didn't finish eating.
Bottom line: the price tag is like in a good restaurant, while the level is several times lower.

I don't understand at all how this place can have a 5-star rating, so I underestimate it.
It positions itself as a homemade Armenian cuisine, while the menu is definitely not homemade cuisine, but more modern cuisine, but okay.
The service is good, there are no questions here.
Let's move on to food, what you actually come to eat at an institution for, rather than choosing other options: service (here it's on 4*) and food (I don't even know what rating you can give the food). So, I order a salad, interesting, with avocado, some kind of pesto sauce, I don't remember what. They bring it, interestingly, it's served beautifully, I start eating, the salad is well salted, on the verge of being too salty, and the pesto is so salty that it's bitter! If you add over-salted pesto to a salty salad, then you don't have to eat in principle. Well, sometimes a cook falls in love.
My friend ordered a barbecue chicken or a grill, I don't remember exactly. They brought a burnt, dried chicken that doesn't even chew. And this is in Armenia, where meat has probably been cooked since childhood. As I said, I expected something different from meat in Armenia.
I asked them to send these comments to the kitchen, and they answered.: "Okay, we'll pass it on."
The feeling that since we are located in the center, then eat what they give 🤷🏻♂️
It's atmospheric, the menu is in different languages, the waiters serve well, but the main function of the establishment is not fulfilled, namely to eat delicious food and not cook yourself, so it's definitely not 5*.
With all this, the price tag is very high.
Well, one more unpleasant moment, although it is not mandatory, but next to one of the central attractions, the restaurant can afford to have a VTB bank terminal to accept mir cards, so that tourists from Russia, of whom there are many in Armenia now, would be comfortable. Again, this is optional, but it could definitely give you a plus star.
In general, I do not recommend it. You can go if you want to eat tasteless, sometimes inedible food for a high price.

I don't understand how they got 5 points here!
It was terrible! We waited for the fish for 40 minutes, in the end it turned out that it was simply not included in the order, although the waiter dictated it. After that, they brought a dish completely different from the photo! They asked for buckwheat for the child, and as a result, after receiving the bill in 20 minutes, they found out that buckwheat was simply excluded from the order, without warning us about it, because buckwheat took a long time to cook, 30 minutes! And at first, they waited and called the waiter for 10 minutes to make an order, while everyone was free, there were no people in the restaurant. Avoid it.

It's a great place. Very atmospheric interior! Amazing service: the waiters are polite, attentive, sincere - and all without going overboard. It seems like he came to visit friends. There is a large selection of dishes of Armenian cuisine, all of them are interpreted in their own way, in a more advantageous light. There is something to compare it with, be sure to come if you want to feel the Armenian flavor and have a delicious meal. Wine❤️

Very atmospheric! The waiters are polite and cheerful. It is clear that they like everything themselves) they dance periodically) the kitchen is delicious. The portions are huge!!!We were probably very hungry)) we ordered Gyumri salad, Artsakh Hagani, Garan Damaso, veal salad, and how to eat it all??? But in any case, they took more than half of it home, and it was enough for dinner))

It's a very soulful place. The waiters are pleasant and polite. And they turned on Armenian music for the atmosphere, and talked to us, and recommended dishes.
The interior is for an amateur, but, on the whole, it is quite cozy. There are several different halls. There are a lot of places, there are few people in the restaurant. The prices seemed a little overpriced, plus a 15% tip is included in the bill, although usually 10% everywhere. I liked many of the dishes.

Very tasty cuisine, an atmospheric and cozy place, during the holidays we preferred to go to different cafes in Yerevan every time, but we came here several times. Polite staff, waiter Karapet humorously told the subtleties of ordering dishes and helped with the choice. I recommend kebab, the best among cafes with a 5* rating in Yerevan.
p.s. instead of lemonade, it is better to order wine or tea :)

It's a great place. Very authentic. There are many halls with their charming colorful interiors. Pleasant waiters are always ready to tell and advise about each dish and drink. We accidentally stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant in the very center of Yerevan. The Armenian national cuisine is just a godsend for us, we have wanted to try something local for a very long time and we are glad that we were not mistaken the place is amazing, the dish is excellent, the service is gorgeous, but there is one very big minus, they told us that you can not smoke and showed us where to go, despite the fact that men were sitting at the next table and smoking.it was very insulting and so everyone is happy, thank you for being there, guys, prosperity to you.

We came to dinner in a cafe with a declared menu of national cuisine. A dish of undercooked chicken, a cheese plate and wine were brought. We were sitting outside. The waiter never showed up, although we turned on the heater and needed help. There was no response to the call button. The prices are very high with such a low quality of food, serving and service. I strongly advise against it. Expensive and substandard.

We stumbled across it by chance on a Saturday evening, when we urgently needed to feed very hungry children. As a result, 2 salads, 2 portions of kebabs and one fish were waiting for almost an hour. At the same time, kebabs are not the limit of dreams: the chicken is dry, the pork is a little better. The fish is delicious. At the same time, another 15% service fee is included in the bill.
Perhaps if you sit and drink wine slowly, you can brighten up the wait. But if you just want to eat, and in the foreseeable future, then definitely not here.

It's nice inside, the interior and location are ok.
The food is average, there was a hair in the soup, but there was zero reaction. Flatbread with minced meat - the minced meat was raw (perhaps this is how it was intended: tartare on lavash). For a strange reason, the payment cards didn't work... and we were offered to run for cash, but for example, in another institution, the same cards worked easily for a larger check ... in short, questions and we won't go any more.

They invite you to Hash and sell only Nalbandian vodka to everyone - the worst vodka.
Extremely alcoholic, not tasty, and hungover.

An ordinary tourist cafe. Prices are the same as in Moscow, there were no revelations about the taste / quality / size of the dishes. Salad is like a salad, dry veal loin kebab, medium dolma ... and also, a chip with payment - like a card payment terminal does not work - everything works, they just want to pay in cash. The impression of the city has been smeared... you can eat, but I can't recommend it.

A great place that is not very easy to find. Dolma is one of the most delicious that I have tasted in Yerevan. Zheng khats is also one of the most delicious.
They cook a little longer than we would like. The waiters are nice, they introduced us to all the dishes that we ordered, although we all knew them 🙂

A very pleasant place! The food is delicious, you can choose any dish and be sure that you will like it. The portions are quite large, some can feed two people, meat is generously put in. Dishes are cooked for about 15-20 minutes, drinks are served immediately. The average check for two is 10,000 drams (without alcohol). I recommend it to everyone!

A nice, cozy restaurant. I ordered a real Armenian dolma. It is very tasty cooked. The waiter Harutyun was attentive and helpful. Ararat Apricot cognac was recommended, I followed his advice and made sure that this is an excellent aged cognac with a mild taste and aroma of apricot. The atmosphere in the restaurant is homely and cozy. Good music is playing. Coffee is brewed delicious and ice cream. If you want to taste Armenian cuisine, then you are welcome here. The waiting time is short. Near the Cascade is a picturesque place.

I really like it! We go for the second day in a row and still plan to come, BECAUSE not everyone has tried! The portions are large! Gyumri salad is super. The appetizer "veal tail" - meat baked with onions in dough-is simply beyond praise! 1. There is no maintenance. We waited for juice and beer for more than half an hour.
2. In the kitchen: we ordered a signature salad, Hashlama with veal tongue, Vana Anoush is mutton - all dishes from the national cuisine.
The salad was covered in butter, the chicken was very tough.
Hashlama is a potato with a strange taste and is absolutely raw, onions and peppers are also raw. The tongue was delicious.
Vana Anoush is an over-salted mutton with a smell. I didn't like the quality of the meat.
I would not recommend an institution to visit . Disappointed with the Kitchen and service.
Positioning as a national Armenian cuisine is greatly exaggerated. The national menu is very poor.
3. And the waiting for the dishes is more than an hour.
