The security guards in Yerevan City are very rude and impolite. They act as if they work for the FBI or CIA, holding their walkie-talkies like commando soldiers.
In reality, they might not even have a high school degree.
Their behavior is unprofessional and quite disgusting.

A good supermarket with an excellent range of products. Delicious churchkhella, fresh herbs.We regularly bought our favorite Jermuk mineral water here. There is a bakery inside. You can also buy freshly baked matnakash.

but there is a huge disadvantage that I have encountered before - male employees, mostly in the fruit/vegetable department. they unceremoniously stand up close when I choose something, and start climbing right where I'm taking the vegetables from at the moment! I understand that this is their job, but is it really impossible to wait a minute without disturbing or embarrassing the customer?
they also race with carts in such a way that they almost knock me down, without stopping at all when I walk towards them.
secondly: often bad vegetables / fruits, already rotten and even with mold, but it's OK for everyone to sell it, even at such a price.
it's terribly simple, that's why such an assessment.

We were only at the supermarket. A huge store, a wide selection, polite consultants and efficient cashiers. Everything is fresh. We really enjoyed it. There's always a lot of traffic when you pull into the parking lot.

There are a lot of vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts, dried fruits, cookies, pastries, local sweets, dairy and meat products, alcohol. I took gata, baklava, sweet sujukh, TAN, basturma and sujukh in slices, pita bread and cheese; everything is very tasty, fresh. There are a lot of ticket offices, despite the large number of customers, the queues are not large. I recommend it!

Excellent choice of coffee. I went to the supermarket every day during my trip to Yerevan. Hot pita bread - I want to note separately, it is very tasty. The service is courteous and fast.

From the chic, this is a beef kebab, which is cooked right in the supermarket on the ground floor in 10 minutes. Along with the barbecue, I ordered baked tomatoes and eggplant - very tasty! The price for a barbecue in November 2024 is 790 drams, which is about 200 rubles. A wide range of local cheeses. Delicious pita bread, which is rolled out and baked right there in the store.

The largest grocery supermarket in Yerevan that we visited during the week (probably only the GUM market will be bigger). The prices differ favorably, it was here that we bought delicious souvenirs in a beautiful design and with good shelf life. There is everything here - from vegetables and dairy products to alcohol. The assortment is great! I definitely recommend it.
