We have been insuring an apartment in this company for 5 years. There was an insured event (we were flooded), we turned to the insurance company for help. They told us to do everything ourselves, and then they will reimburse everything. They replaced part of the kitchen according to their own assessment, provided all the documents, but received an answer that compensation was impossible (they referred to the fact that we did not provide some kind of calculation from the manufacturer). Why we had to request these documents ourselves is unknown, because the insurance company should deal with this (at the factory they gave us such an answer). As a result, it's a vicious circle. They wanted to protect themselves and their property, they suffered themselves, did everything for their money, and the insurance company washed their hands of it. I do not recommend this insurance company!! Zero involvement, cunning and unprofessional employees who do everything to avoid paying compensation to the injured client. The most interesting thing is that the insurance company of the person who turned out to be at fault has already paid compensation to all other victims, including those who did not have insurance. And we turned to our insurance company, we have a contract!!
Look for another insurance company, they won't help you here! We are preparing to go to higher authorities to check the activities and to the court.

Never contact this insurance company. We have been insured in it for many years, but we did not have to apply for payments. But it turned out that due to the fault of the developer, we had to repair the pipe in the slabs. The insurance company paid a penny. Even part of the amount spent has not been covered. Do not contact these scammers. Find a decent insurance company. Because here, you definitely won't get a refund for the costs.
