Not a bad place in Novopolotsk.
Positive:
1. Delicious cheesecake
2. Tinctures at pleasant prices
3. The interior is pleasant, although the style of different areas of the establishment may not suit everyone
4. The music plays at a convenient volume, you can safely conduct a dialogue with the interlocutor
5. There is a wardrobe — no need to put things on sofas and chairs
6. The order was delivered quickly, the waitress knows the menu perfectly and confidently answers questions
7. He works late on weekends (until 4 a.m.), which is great for night gatherings.
Minuses:
1. During the entrance, the upcoming disco was not mentioned, but when we asked for the bill, they unexpectedly offered to pay for the event if we would stay further. Everything was done politely and without conflicts, but someone might not like it.
2. The dessert is delicious, but the prices seem a little overpriced (about 9 rubles, as in Minsk coffee shops, or even higher)
3. There was no ice cream on the day of our visit, so the choice of desserts was limited to two options
4. The tinctures are quite normal, but they do not have a special taste, they are not comparable with more refined drinks in other places.
Bottom line: a good place with the typical quality of service for the city. The main advantages are the late working hours and comfortable music volume, which create a pleasant atmosphere for communication

Unfortunately, Europa took the last place of those establishments that I managed to visit in Novopolotsk and Polotsk.
The food was tasteless, there was no decoration: the meat cut looked ugly and sloppy. The cheese plate with sausage and marble cheese left a negative impression: these cheeses clearly did not fit the cheese plate. The tongue in sour cream sauce was tasteless and with raw onions.
The condition of the bathroom is disgusting and needs to be repaired for a long time.
The name of the institution "Europe" does not correspond in any way. Alas. I don't recommend it at all...

The place is great. Having always been there, the mood is good. The staff is polite. The music is normal. There is enough space for everyone, even when fully loaded. Thanks to all employees.
