Since I had a misunderstanding situation. I used to get it in mandarin. And there they ask for the order number from the beginning. And then they ask what's with the email. And for some reason, this is the passport from the beginning. That's why there's a misunderstanding. I asked why I get it in Mandarin without a passport but not here. She tells me that this can't be happening. And when I said what difference does it make, because I pay for it right away. I was told to say that with an email. Maybe in this situation I'm wrong or a girl. But she politely issued the order.

I wish the person who accepts your parcel was more humane! The parcel was a 20 by 20 cm box, wrapped in a bag and I asked for only 10 cm of tape to fix the package. To which the girl told me that the additional packaging is 50 kopecks. I understand that of course this is correct, but it is necessary to be more humane and not compare the meter parcels that cost 50 kopecks to wrap and these unfortunate 10 cm that I asked for!
