There is no desire to use the service anymore because of the employees at Kirov 25.
Previously, I actively used the service by picking up parcels from the email and never required a passport.

Cash on delivery is not issued immediately, you need to wait a day after the person has already picked up the parcel. I do not recommend it! It is better to use belpost, a little more expensive, but in 3 days everything comes without problems and cash on delivery can be picked up within an hour after receipt.

I used this mail because the recipient lives in the same house where the European Post delivery point is. This is the last time I use their service. Autolight delivers mail daily, the very next day. Even regular mail to Rogachev delivers in two days.

Questions for the European Post itself: 1) it is impossible to send a parcel by cash on delivery and pick up the money at any European post office; 2) some stupid restrictions have been imposed on the minimum size of the parcel; 3) what is the ban on packaging in a package. What's the difference between wrapping a parcel with a package or food wrap..... there are no such problems at belpost and the price is no different.

I will also note that according to the tracking barcode, two dates were only indicated on the 12th and 15th, and only after my call with a question about the parcel, after 10 minutes the seller of this item wrote that an SMS had arrived, I re-looked at the barcode and it was already displayed that the parcel was in place. This was followed by a photo of the seller of the car......I am attaching a photo. How and what could be done like that, there is not even a fantasy. And I ordered the item by cash on delivery, it did not fit me and I returned it back. As a result, the seller naturally did not take it, respectively, he did not return my money. And Euromail treats investments so disgustingly, that's how they are transported.
