Consultants cheerfully stir up and show the Christmas trees, the Christmas trees are sorted by type and size, so you can see live the differences between the Christmas tree and fir and so on. There is a wonderful smell of fir trees in the hangar, I don't even know what smells better, Christmas trees or tangerines. The masters of pruning and packing Christmas trees poured a bag of sawdust with them for free, it became even tastier to smell at home! Terrible attitude towards the buyer and the time of the buyers. Having previously called by phone, they were interested in Christmas trees in tubs. They said that all the 2 varieties of interest are in this warehouse. And they advised me to come and choose for myself. We arrived at the warehouse in 1h15min. And we were informed that one of the varieties is only for pre-brownie... We asked why we didn't tell you in advance, but forced you to go to the showroom??? To which they received a reply that we had not called them. They showed a phone with a call history. They began to deny it. We were not alone with such a problem! Other people were also outraged! I do not recommend it!!!

We bought a Nordman fir on 25.12 , it cost 340p. And fertilizer. We installed a fir tree and poured water with fertilizer, very beautiful! It's a pity not for long. The next day, they noticed that the tree does not drink water at all, they added only a glass of water per day. And from the third day I stopped drinking altogether, and crumbled.
Seven days later, it began to crumble heavily, and 7 days later, it all sagged and completely dried up.
Previously, I bought in other places and always stood for about a month, and drank almost all the water from the stand for the first week a day.
They answered the call on January 3, they can't help in any way, I thought at least they would come and pick me up so that I wouldn't have to suffer myself.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the service, because during the week the tree was not delivered and we did not contact each other in any way, although, based on the agreement, I should have had the tree for a week. I never saw the tree, so I can't say anything about the quality of the trees. I ordered it from another place this morning and by 4 o'clock a very beautiful fir tree was delivered to me. This is to put it briefly.
More details below.
On December 10, I ordered Nordman fir in a tub with home delivery on December 17, since the Christmas trees were supposed to arrive at the warehouse in Minsk on the evening of December 14. On the 11th / 12th they called and offered to postpone the delivery to an earlier time (December 15th), I agreed.
By the evening of December 15, there was no Christmas tree at the agreed time (there was an agreement for delivery before 18:00, since no one would be at home after that). At about 18:00, I called myself to clarify that no one would arrive when no one was at home, and that the delivery would be the next day, to which the girl replied that the delivery time had shifted, the couriers had left and there was no contact with them, and it was no longer possible to reschedule for tomorrow. She did not check my order and did not respond to my comment that I asked for it before six. As far as I know, on December 14, the Christmas trees arrived at the warehouse late, i.e. I understand that the delivery could have changed, but no one contacted me about the transfer and said nothing when I called myself. In general, the Christmas tree did not arrive on the 15th, as well as on the 16th, I thought that they simply did not change the delivery date when they offered and that it would be on the 17th, as I had originally ordered.
At lunchtime on 17, I called again, because no one had contacted me all these days. The girl was surprised that the order was not delivered, after checking everything in her files, she apologized and said that they could deliver 17, but very late - closer to 12 at night. I agreed, in the evening we waited until one o'clock in the morning, but the tree was not delivered and we did not contact.
I called the next day, although now I understand that I just wasted my time. The girl checked everything and said that the delivery was indeed postponed and Dmitry was supposed to deliver, however, according to her, the director did not transfer my order to the delivery list. Anyway, they forgot again. She apologized, asked when it was convenient for me, but they could not have been earlier than Tuesday (21.12). We agreed that they would be delivered from 9:00 to 15:00 on Tuesday, she also noted that they would definitely be delivered at that time and that the director himself would contact me on Tuesday.
At 12 a.m. on Tuesday, I decided to remind myself, to which another girl in a rather rude form said that everything would be delivered as promised, when I clarified that this was the third attempt, she was surprised, checked everything and said that in my order "it is indicated in large letters before 15:00" and in general The Christmas trees arrived only on the 17th. Although judging by Instagram, the Christmas trees were successfully delivered to homes from December 15, and even earlier I was already admitted that they simply forgot about my order. I don't understand why I had to lie.
In general, today is December 22nd, exactly a week since I should have a Christmas tree. As I see it, big letters still do not help them deliver on time. I would understand the problem with delivery once in such a busy period, but three times means that they are not working on the errors in any way. Plus, they don't communicate with customers on their own in any way. I haven't received a single call back this week.
I am very disappointed.

Fir in a pot, the price is 180 rubles. dried up after a week. I looked at it - it was not alive, but frozen, there was a lump of ice in the ground. Therefore, it is better not to buy live fir trees. The felled trees are normal at the same time.
The terminal does not work, they did not warn in advance, they drove to the "ATM around the corner", and of course there is no cash there anymore. I had to go back for the car. At the same time, one of his own managed to get through the terminal "miraculously" - add 5% to the price for cash and do not mock the customers!
