We stayed at this hotel for several days. We took a box from 2 rooms. It turned out to be very budgetary in terms of money. I liked the room very much: it was quiet, clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean and ironed. The box had a washbasin, shower and toilet. There was also a refrigerator (not included) and an electric kettle. There is a TV in every room (not included). The staff is very polite and friendly, they will always prompt and help. There are only positive impressions left!

A very good and quite budget hotel for those who do not care about the stars, but need a full-fledged comfortable stay. We had a room with a kitchen, dishes and a kettle were available. The area is quiet, residential. It is easy to get from the center, there are many routes. Nearby (about 1.5 km) is a huge shopping center "Korona", where you can buy everything you need. There are shops near the hotel, but they close early, so if you return late from a walk, it is better to make purchases in advance. I will definitely recommend it to friends who decide to spend the night in the beautiful city of Brest.

We stayed for 1 day, there were only available rooms in this hotel because we started looking late. And we were very pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet, friendly staff. We had a double room of the highest category: a double bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a combined bathroom (with a Jacuzzi) with access to a small balcony, a microwave, a kettle, a hair dryer and even a small refrigerator. The room is clean, towels and toiletries. There is a coffee machine at the reception. The coffee is delicious!!! Across the street is a prod. shop. Yes, it's a bit far from the center, but if by car there is no problem. We took a taxi back and returned by public transport, so it seemed more interesting to explore the city. For the price of 40 rubles. a bed, just super!!! There is an Internet connection.

The rooms were Soviet-style, don't expect something WOW. The rooms are apple-type, 3 rooms are separate and they have a shared toilet and bath in the hallway. The rooms are clean enough, the towel is not clear whether they have changed or not, but everything was stained (I did not dare to use it). I also strongly advise you not to move into this guest house in the cold season, I was in February. Outside, it's 5 in the room, about +15, maybe even a little lower. When asked about the temperature in the room, they said that the hotel had heating problems (the batteries were barely warm) and could only provide a heater (there was no sense in it because it was probably still Soviet and no longer worked as it should). So maybe it's a good hotel in summer, but I strongly advise against it in winter.

Nice cozy hotel. It's not the first time we've stopped. The rooms are spacious and cozy. In 2015, we lived in a room with a living room and a bedroom, in 2024 we were with a child and lived in a full-fledged two-room room. The toilet, shower and washbasin in separate rooms are cool, unusual and convenient. The price was also pleasant, the hotel is not in the city center but also not very far from it, the bus stop is nearby, the central streets too. I recommend.

The toilet, shower and refrigerator in the block are shared, and the room is separate for one person. Everything is simple but clean here. The staff is pleasant. The bed linen and towels are clean, soap, shampoo and shower gel are laid out. My room had: furniture, TV, refrigerator, kettle, glasses. In the bathroom of the room: toilet, sink, shower.
The cooler is in the hallway.
The parking lot is small, but there was room for a car.
I was surprised by the check-in system: there were three of us, and the receptionist went somewhere when registering each of us. The registration took at least 15 minutes.

This is the third time I've stayed here!
The normal price-quality ratio. I lived in a studio on the second floor, everything works, the only thing I didn't try was the Jacuzzi, which, as I understood it, turns on the same outlet as the refrigerator. It's inconvenient to watch TV, it's on the side, but it's okay.
I had breakfast in the cafe to the right of the hotel exit, I recommend it, everything is delicious.
For two nights I lived on the fourth floor in a block consisting of two rooms, a common hallway, toilet and shower, a refrigerator is in the hallway, there are keys to both the room and the hallway.
If the neighbors are adequate, then you can safely live here. Saving 25 rubles (75 per studio, 50 per block).
There is water for the kettle in coolers on the 3rd-4th floors on the left side when climbing to the floor.
They give you a password for Wi-fi, you can take it to your phone and laptop, everything works.
There is parking under the camera near the hotel!
In general, I recommend it!

According to the interior and the location of the rooms in the corridor, it looks more like a dorm than a hotel, but it is much nicer than a hotel. Of the cons: there is no elevator.
We were in different rooms. Each room has Wi-fi, TV, kettle. There was not enough hair dryer and iron (+ according to the rules of accommodation, as I understood, they are prohibited). Combined bathroom.
Overall, it was cozy, and left a good impression.
