THE STORE IS DECEIVING CUSTOMERS!!!
I bought 4 doors to a new building. The doors are coated with UNILACK and, according to the manufacturer's guide, are sufficiently vandal-resistant (they are not subject to minor scratches and excessive contamination). The coating paid off, but the installation did not.
Initially, the manager quite competently described their advantages and sent us a paid (!) measurer who unhitched for half an hour, which is not the case with us and how it requires the purchase of additional materials. . Delivery was also paid (as well as lifting to the apartment) and paid installation (the most expensive in the city). They counted paid extras for us and, having scared us, started installing them. I had no complaints about the installation team (although they left dirt behind them and after almost 9 hours, they found out that they had confused the latch, which they returned from only another day), but in the end the dobor we bought remained unclaimed, and the company fed us "breakfasts" to take it back. But the most negative thing was that these expensive "specialists" installed the doors at different heights, motivating this by the fact that thresholds are installed in the bathroom and "everyone has ...". An attempt to talk with the director did not bring results: we were offered to trim the bottom of 2 of the 4 doors (with loss of warranty) and make corrections at our expense.
Summary: the doors are good, but it's better to buy them somewhere else.
