I ordered the bathroom door on 05.01. they sent me a PAID MEASURER who talked to me so brazenly and boorishly, disparaged my apartment, that I wanted to send him somewhere further, and also set the cosmic price for one door at 220 rubles, you see, washing tools is a paid service for him, for which he pays the client is here, I called this "wonderful" salon and they sent me another measurer, Dmitry, who in turn communicated more tactfully, but rated his services at 190p. It doesn't end there, Dmitry decided not to specify that the installation will take place no earlier than in almost a month and a half!!!!!! As a result, the door was delivered on 14.01.25 (and please note that they have paid delivery, but they do not deliver to the salon only to the customer's address, either pay or go to the warehouses in Minsk and no one cares), but wonderful master Dmitry, who picks up the phone a day later and then informs 5 times that he is pleased Install the door no earlier than February 10th!!! I had to look for a mater on the side in a short time! However, when signing the contract at the office of the "wonderful company", they decided not to specify that the installation could be in a month or even two! Oh yes, they don't have their own installers, they give orders to sole proprietors, and as the guy working in the salon put it, who can't even enter his middle name correctly into the contract, "We can't do anything with them." The installers do not provide an act of completed work, nor an estimate, nor is there a contract or receipt! Cash and no documents, money and goodbye! This is the worst office I've ever had to deal with, I'll never go back there and I'll never recommend it to anyone! Save your nerves and find an adequate company that cares about customers!
