the adventures began at the moment of installation. the measurer came, saw the situation, gave some advice, said that they would install everything and send photos to the master. later it turned out that the photos were going to the same consultant, but they did not reach the master. the consultant throws up her hands and says "I'm a girl" (so go to Mila to work)
the master came, started making greasy comments about the floor, laminate (judging by the comments below, this is apparently normal). refused to do the job. and so we were left with a contract that has no force and the doors of YURKAS. and I wrote a statement at my own expense. Who will pay for it for me? Angelica or the master?

It turned out that they do not even have a database where the execution of applications is monitored, everything is written on a piece of paper and then in a chat, so no one controls the execution of applications. We ordered the doors in Minsk at Aerodromnaya 18 , our consultant was a very nice girl , she consulted well and helped with the choice , it ends pleasantly .
Then we had problems with delivery, a girl called us and said that it was impossible to keep our doors in the warehouse for so long and we had to coordinate delivery, I agreed and we agreed with her on delivery for a certain day and time, the next day the guy called back and said that delivery needed to be done a couple of days earlier, because the warehouse refuses to store, I naturally agreed, arrived at the apartment and waited for delivery, but there was no delivery, because the guy forgot to mark that he had transferred the delivery and our doors were shipped to the car, but not delivered, the girl called back, apologized and eventually the doors were brought to us as we originally agreed.Then there was a terrible installation with Dmitry, the man himself was very unpleasant, constantly made ridiculous jokes (like you have linoleum, not laminate, well, then we went), installed the doors also terribly, unfortunately it was not possible to fully assess the quality of his work day in, day out, then an independent expert came to us and he He has already explained to us in more detail that the work was done terribly, that there are a lot of cracks, in some places there is not even foam and recommended contacting consumer protection....also, this Dmitry spoiled the linoleum for us, there was a frozen mounting foam on it, and after a couple of days there were cuts on the linoleum (after the installer, no one worked in the apartment), to which he told us that he did not cut it, you prove that I, and you will remove the foam yourself, which by the way, did not work.Next, we had an unpleasant situation that, when measuring, the specialist said that between the bathroom and the toilet, where the skirting board should be, the casing would become beautiful and everything would be fine, but during installation it was found that the casing was ordered incorrectly in size (which was then replaced for free), and that since the floor is curved, then you need cut at an angle .Dmitry refused to go further for the sake of one platband, because he does not travel on such small volumes in principle and this is not his fault, but the measurer's.Yurkas specialists could not help us in this situation and influence their own installers in any way .By the way, the situation with the casing was easily solved by another company, in which we ordered the front door, there was no problem for specialists to cut at an angle and help solve the issue, although we did not order interior doors from them.
So draw your own conclusions, I can sum up that the doors in this company are good, but it's better to order at the head office and it's better to order installation from the outside, because Yurkas at the Airfield is not responsible for his workers and cannot help, and if you still risk ordering installers from them, then not Dmitry .

The measurer arrives quickly and clearly, but there may be problems due to haste and lack of attention to the details of the opening where the door is planned to be installed. Drawing up a contract and a list of necessary details does not create any questions, but after delivery of the selected shade of the door, another one arrives with the name as on the website and with a completely different darker one that cannot be explained. This is depressing in the activities of such a company. The delivery is clear. The installer is a professional.

The next day, the girl Anna contacted us and a day later, at the agreed time, the doors were delivered to us. The next day, Anna contacted me again and offered the dates for installation.

The specialist arrived a day later at the agreed time, explained the problems of the "secondary", warned about non-standard sizes. I chose the doors in enamel, the gap in the high canvases is small. I was warned about the deadline of 2 months, although the doors were closed earlier. Then the installation was agreed upon. Specialist Alexander is an excellent master! The consultant is good, at least he knows how to sell and convince. We agreed on the measurement. A day later, the measurer came. A few days later, the contract was sent. And two weeks later, we had a beautiful new door. I was glad that the installer cleaned up after himself. I don't know if everyone has such a service now or not, but in this case I liked everything. If you don't at least reduce the level of service, everything will be fine. I speak as a grateful customer. Probably, you, like everyone else, need positive feedback, so I decided to leave mine.

As a result, we followed the path of least resistance: we contacted the Yurkas company, one of the salons is located near the house. We decided on the door model quickly. Manager Svetlana gave us competent advice and explained the difference. Decide on the date of the door measurements. The measurer came a day after our appeal. Within a few days, the measurement data was processed, a contract was drawn up and sent to us on viber. Special thanks to the manager for his patience and explaining the points of the contract to us. There were several custom-made items in our order. The delivery time is 30-35 days. But the order arrived earlier: a week later we were contacted and agreed on the delivery time. And a week later, we were pleased with the new doors. The work of the installation wizard was very pleased. Thank you very much! The master worked carefully, clearly, all the issues that arose were discussed on the spot. As a client, I am ready to give any money to get high-quality doors quickly, on time, without problems and unnecessary problems, but the partnership did not work out. I literally had to beg the staff to consult, calculate the cost, and answer my questions. But, unfortunately, I have not received either the contract, which is "about to be issued," or feedback after another "we will call you back soon." It's a pity the time spent waiting.
