I would like to thank the Black Diamond jewelry workshop and its employees. This is not the first time I have addressed them. The service is at a high level. All orders and repairs were completed on time, efficiently and accurately. In particular, I would like to thank the jewelry maker Tigran Zhoraevich. A master with a capital letter! He will always help with the choice of the decoration model, orientates on the weight and price of the work. Always polite and friendly. I also came across a repairman named Arthur. The repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently. The girl in the waiting room is always smiling and polite. Thank you very much for your professionalism. In the future, I will DEFINITELY contact myself and advise this workshop!!!

We ordered two bracelets, and upon receipt for one bracelet, in addition to work, we had to pay another 370 rubles for 4 grams, which should not have been there.They undertook to redo it, as a result they gave away a bracelet that looks depressing and after reworking gave 3 grams with a crowbar.Very disenchanted.And this was the last appeal here, although the receptionist is very polite and courteous.Before that, they ordered a bracelet, where a bad clasp was visible and the bracelet was lost.The jeweler cannot normally determine how much gold is needed in the product.It's more of a repair shop.If you need to redo the product, it is better to look for another master.The soldering of the product is very weak, the products are not of high quality.The first bracelet was probably given the one that was shown when ordering the product.No D O V E R And I!
