Today was my last trip to your store, although I have been using your cosmetics for more than 10 years. The child presented a certificate for Mother's Day. but!!!! You are missing 30 kopecks - BUY MORE, or we will return the certificate! According to the booklet, you are not entitled to a gift - it does not work with a certificate! A certificate is not money! And what???? Did you give it for free???? It's not about 30 kopecks and not to buy, but to impose purchases. Dear owners! CAREFULLY read the terms of the Law "On Trade and Public Catering" and the Rules for the Sale of certain goods approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers 703! I agree with the previous reviews. These sellers who are breathing in your ear - it's just AWFUL!

Dear sellers, as well as the management that trains sellers to do this, the person just came in, let him get used to it, and then come up with this question! Next, the buyer is looking at the tester, reading the contents of shampoos, etc., why stand behind him?? Is it really impossible to step back and watch from afar? This applies to all Yves Rocher stores. Please change the policy, sometimes you don't want to go in.

The store sells certificates that cannot be used to pay for goods for less than the nominal value of the certificate. That is, if you chose a product for 29 rubles, and the nominal value of the certificate is 30 rubles, then you will need to buy something else.
