I visit this store from time to time I would like to thank consultant Olga Khamtsova separately for her competent and comprehensive advice, I was very pleased with her kind and professional attitude to the client, I wanted to come again! My evening got better after such an attentive and friendly attitude :) Thanks! I am glad that you still have such excellent consultants!

I don't like this particular store, because the service leaves much to be desired. No Yves Rocher store in Minsk looks down on me like that and watches what I'm doing with a jar, one time I just took the composition to read, so a consultant flew up to me and started talking in raised tones so that I wouldn't touch anything else... There was a case when they cursed at me, because You see , I took a jar and put it down . The worst service from the entire network in the city is here

Extremely intrusive service specifically in this store. This approach to sales should have gone into oblivion a long time ago. With all due respect to the brand and its products.

The store is good, the assortment is too. But the sellers are sleepy and not very happy 😖 Maybe I was so "lucky". Having forgotten the store card, it is impossible to charge bonuses by phone number, etc. this is in the age of high technology.

I love it, it's cozy, the assortment / selection is always, the advice of professionals, very polite, not intrusive, smiling, correct, and a nice sample will be put in a bag. The showcase of the goods is visible, and the shares. The location is close to the metro, a couple of meters from the entrance to the Malinovea expanse. I recommend it to nra. I love the products myself
