The chairman of the cooperative is abusing his power. He does not let you into the territory even if you have a pass. He forces them to blackmail him into paying dues. He is biased against garage owners

My brother has a garage in this GSK, the tire service is good, there are never queues. Greyhound guards, as a rule, are former cops - one is periodically drunk in the workplace.
