The club is mostly OK, but mandatory paid wardrobe is a red flag. It creates a huge line and shows no respect to the visitors. Won't be coming back

On November 15, 2024, we attended a concert by the band Casta.
The event starts at 20.00, it feels like they started launching at exactly 20.00. There were so many people that even people with regular tickets were placed in the VIP area. It was already scary that the number of people would cause the second floor to collapse.
There is a paid wardrobe here, and it is forcibly paid, that is, you cannot refuse its services.
The organizers, in the best Russian traditions, decided to make money by inviting a cool group, collecting a large cash register on tickets, while removing an obviously unsuitable platform for capacity, not even bothering to hire cloakroom attendants, including 10k rubles in their expenses, forcing people to jostle in line for payment.
So, 20:35, the concert begins, and even half of the queue did not get to the site, everyone is trying to pay for the wardrobe😅
I hope.that it's all about the organizers, with whom no self-respecting artist and concert venue should work after this.
Only an awesome performance saved the evening!

I was at the Puppies concert. Everything was great, I went in quickly, they let me in early. The sound is not very good, but overall everything went fine. A clean and pleasant atmosphere, even during the hustle, the tables are cleared, this is a plus.

terrible service, rude staff, tickets sold much more than seats in the hall. The hall was full and we moved our chairs to see the concert. the waiter was rude and complained that we were allegedly preventing him from walking and we needed to leave our seats. as a result, the waiter called the guard for help. I couldn't watch the concert in peace. The evening was ruined. it would be better if the waiter did his job and served drinks instead of pretending to be the boss of the establishment and scaring customers around the hall. IT'S A TERRIBLE PLACE! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

The guards, how should I put it, are kind of inhuman, I wouldn't call them Serbs. The Serbs are good, but the guards and their rules are a disgrace. Kicking a man in a T-shirt outside to wait in line for their nerdy wardrobe is not only unmanly, it's not human at all. The establishment has one shared toilet with 2 stalls and urinals outside them. There was good ventilation inside, and there were a lot of people, but it wasn't stuffy at all.
