It's very noisy at night, as construction is going on 24/7 at the neighboring Pyramid. The quality of the double-glazed windows makes you feel like you're present at the construction site.
Very often the lights are turned off and the housing department never answers the phone. The house is inhabited mainly by Chinese and girls with low social status. I don't recommend it that way
