2.12 отдал куртку на химчистку. Грязь отстиралась. К чистоте нет вопросов. Но только дома заметил что у куртки нет бегунка на молнии, точнее он выдран и вся молния теперь только под замену. Пришлось ремонтировать, отдал еще 4000 за полную замену молнии на куртке.
Я понимаю, что он повредился в результате чистки, но никто не предупреждал об этом.
2.12 I left my jacket to the dry cleaner. The dirt was being washed off. There are no questions about cleanliness. But only at home I noticed that the jacket does not have a zipper slider, or rather it is torn out and the entire zipper is now only for replacement. I had to repair it, I gave another 4000 for a complete replacement of the zipper on the jacket.
I understand that it was damaged as a result of cleaning, but no one warned about it

I am a regular customer, I am very satisfied with the services they provide. If they provide the right information, they do the perfect job, whether it's cleaning shoes, woolen cloth, etc.

I have used the services many times, I have never been cheated or refunded, the staff is spotlessly clean and pleasant.
