If you happen to be in Moscow don’t go to this restaurant without the reservation. The staff is very rude and quite aggressive there. I was there with my grandson. The poor boy was hungry after a long walk and we decided to eat in this place. No reservation. We were impolitely met by the host who commanded to wait till the first table availability. We were waiting for the whole hour! More people were coming in and nobody told us that the whole line of people was formed. When we finally reminded them about us, the staff told to join the line of approximately 50 people! We had to leave and look for another place to eat. Really bad customers service. We’ll never ever come to this place again(( For the record- it happened on December, 30th.

It is not tourist friendly. The menus show pictures in the previous pages, and the descriptions with prices are printed in the following pages? , which makes you difficult to identify the dishes and prices. Normally we print sample pictures in the same page followed by descriptions and prices. Besides there are also no menus with prices on apps. And the front desk is too chatty with no efficiency when there are customers waiting in long lines.
