I rested with my child on 17.10.2024-21.10.2024 in St. Petersburg. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the manager Ekaterina for a well-chosen tour, the management of Zephyr Travel, as well as the accompanying Julia. I will also mention in my review the drivers who professionally delivered a group of tourists on the Minsk-St. Petersburg-Minsk route. Everything was at the highest level, starting with the trip itself, ending with excursions. A rich program, many excursions to choose from, a Swedish line (breakfast), a luxury hotel (the rooms are very clean, warm, personal hygiene products, towels, hair dryer are provided)-Krestovsky Park Hotel. Within walking distance of the metro, an amusement park, a yacht bridge, which offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Finland. If you are traveling for the first time, I advise you to spend one day hiking around the city on your own: enjoy the beautiful architecture, walk through the narrow streets, see the beauty of this city with your own eyes. If you are traveling with children, you can visit the House on the contrary, the Wax Museum, the Museum of Superheroes (metro station Admiralty). You can visit the Kazan Cathedral on your own. Peter is the city that conquered my heart, I want to come back again and again)))

I know from my husband how difficult it is for a driver on the road when you have a bus full of people and why sometimes you have to brake hard. Also, thanks to the passengers for the silence and the opportunity to sleep on the way).
The only thing is that 1- 1.5 hours would be enough for me at the fair, and on the contrary, I would like more time in the mall, at least 2 - 2.5 hours (but this is my personal opinion)

Thank you Zephyr Travel for organizing our cool trip to St. Petersburg 07/25/2024-07/29/2024 Park Krestovsky Hotel!! A very rich program combined with affordable prices. The hotel is excellent- friendly staff, everything is clean, a large selection of goodies on the buffet, there is a bass, very calm and atmospheric. There is a large amusement park nearby, a beautiful view of the rowing canal, a 10-minute walk to the metro and only 3 stations without crossings to the very center of the city. The excursions were super intense and interesting, a huge plus that Everyone was given headphones, so you don't have to worry that you won't hear or get lost! A very nice CHILL OUT hotel. A real European approach: snow-white linen, daily change of towels, room cleaning. Wi-Fi in the rooms and on site. Friendly and helpful hosts.They will help, tell you, give you advice. They will surround you with care and Georgian cordiality. Within walking distance from the sea. The hotel is almost in the tourist center of Kobuleti. When choosing a hotel, there were doubts about the location. I am writing a review so that you do not doubt. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. But perhaps you will stay in the hotel kitchen. We liked her. The rooms are cozy, with picturesque views from the French windows. Advantages:

Hello everyone.
I had a vacation in China on Hainan Island from 05/12/24 to 05/22.24, at the Wenhao sea view hotel Sanya 4*, in Sanya Bay.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy.
Room cleaning every day: towels, paper are changed, floors are washed and bottled water is left. The bed linen was changed 2-3 times in 10 days. Among the disadvantages are meager breakfasts, although according to the buffet system: there is practically no meat, vegetables and fruits, coffee for an amateur.
But this is not a big problem, because you can eat at local cafes for a small fee. The hotel does not have a private territory, because it is located in the city center. There is a city beach ~ 400 m from it, sun beds and umbrellas are not provided. The water is warm, there are few people, you can swim there or go to the beach of another bay. There are no sand fleas (at least I have not come across them).
In local shopping malls, you can buy souvenirs for a small price, which is also a plus.
I bought excursions on my own, through a person who was advised by friends who had previously vacationed there.
And be sure to take sunscreens with you, with maximum SPF, the sun is very active!

If possible, I would put 0 stars. After reading the lovely reviews, we decided to go on vacation to Anapa with this tour company. Running into the front , if you want a spoiled vacation, contact them 😅
We bought seats on the bus 2 months before departure and paid the tour fee. The day of departure comes and a few hours before departure, a message arrives from the manager of this tour company that there are no seats reserved by us and you will go as is, we left you in the first half of the bus.
Upon boarding the bus, it turns out that the manager provided an initially incorrect seating plan and our seats in the aisle at the door from which it drains, the director tried to solve this problem for half an hour, which more or less solved the issue, but the most interesting thing begins on the road.
Upon arrival in Mogilev, an escort jumps in with a new seating arrangement and shouts that we are all out of place, since we have settled down and left towards the border. Stops were promised every 3 hours, but in the end they just had to be requested, the drivers were always looking for a certain gas station, although there were a lot of them along the way. There was a stop for hot meals 1 time and then with the words you have 20 minutes, and there are 3 buses for us, and as a result, we waited another 30 minutes until the drivers and the attendant rest after all. They brought us to Orel and left us in the parking lot under the blazing sun with the words you have 30 minutes until the escort leaves to change money. As a result, we waited for her for 2.5 hours under the sun.
The guest house chosen turned out to be decent, but the last day overshadowed everything, they evicted us from our rooms at 10 a.m., and took us away only at 22:00, thanks to the hosts for providing at least places to sit and go to the toilet. There was not much opportunity to go for a swim on the pier, since there was no place to wash after the measurement, and there was 40 hours of road ahead

Our trip with zephyrtrevel took place in St. Petersburg on 15.08, there are disadvantages, but there are more advantages.

I made a purchase for a bus tour to Murmansk from 06.11 to 10.11.2024. There were no problems when booking a place, as well as when communicating online with the manager. The manager provided information in a timely manner and answered all questions.
According to the tourist travel program, we were provided with a Zontong tourist class bus. The one-way trip took 36 hours. There were no tables for food on the bus, the space between the seats was small, there were no hangers for clothes (the bus was full of people and there was not enough top shelf for everyone). The temperature on the bus was also unstable. Due to the fact that the stoves were located at the rear of the vehicle, the heat was not evenly distributed throughout the cabin. The passengers sitting in the front were freezing, and the passengers sitting near the heating elements suffered from the heat.
In the statement of the agreement and the description of the tourist route, it was indicated that a sightseeing tour was planned. However, due to the fact that the windows on the bus were not washed for three days after arrival, it was difficult to look at the city through the stained windows.

She only took a couple of shared photos, and that was the end of her involvement. The cost of her services includes, however, the essence of her work is a mystery.

I was looking for a burning tour, they answered quickly, found it and after it all started ... on the day of booking they said they would answer, but oh silence, silence for clarifying questions. Compliance with deadlines, only the landing from Minsk was observed, the delay from Anapa (can be considered as a plus). Dmitry is a competent escort from Minsk, who knows all the nuances of his work. In the opposite direction, the accompanying Xenia, incompetent, forgot to pick up the vacationers. It's good that the vacationers wrote in the chat when they were picked up. And we've been driving for about an hour since we got on the bus😂😂😂 The bus that the company provides for such a long trip does not match the air conditioner worked on the floor of the bus, and after that it completely flowed onto the seat, because it was so draughty at night that the men could not even stand it and began to ask that they at least do something. I needed a visa, I applied to this company, communication is off, just give me money, well, I don't really need communication, I need a visa, we caught a recording for 2 weeks, in the end they said that you can go straight and more expensive, okay, why not just say it was not clear, then you do everything yourself, they threw off what documents to prepare, although it is written in the contract that the agent undertakes to prepare a package of necessary documents, to which I was successfully later answered that their task was only to put them on the queue...., then the agent asked about the correctness of the document that I was sending at that moment, the agent said that the document is correct, in the end I printed everything myself, collected everything myself, sent everything myself, was refused a visa, the reason was the same "correct" document according to the agent, the company does not see its fault, they said so, our task is only to record, the record costs them 500 rubles add the lost money for courier delivery, consular fees and so on, in total, almost 1000 b.r. is lost, draw your own conclusions, I highly recommend the company if you do not want to waste your time, nerves and money.

Without excess water. Grodno is magnificent, the Augustovsky Canal is wonderful, the ruins visited along the way are picturesque. Questions only about visiting the house of Czeslaw Nemen - why was it necessary? The musician, let's say, is widely known in narrow circles, not a single tourist has heard a word about him (perhaps because this musician belongs to Polish culture and has nothing to do with Belarus, except the fact of birth). In general, I liked the tour program. But. The organization of the tour is so bad that I just "can't keep quiet." According to the points: the first is too large a group - 50 people!?, if you add up only the time spent on numerous boarding and disembarking to / from the bus, so it will be hours, as a result, all visits are running, there was not enough time for anything, it was only heard from the guide - faster, faster, everything impressions turned out to be blurred, it is unclear why such a huge group was gathered (although it is clear of course - to earn more); secondly, only during the trip we were notified that we would spend the night in a hotel on the border, 22 km from Grodno (not a word in the description of the tour on the website, when communicating with agency staff during registration - not a word), from the entertainment at the hotel, the canteen, which closed before our check-in, did they offer a transfer to Grodno, giving half an hour for rest and packing!? (we arrived at 20.00, we drove from 8.00), not satisfied - sit in a hotel with a TV, back from Grodno at 23.00, not satisfied - your problems, get there yourself, maybe it was just a tour for pensioners, so it was necessary to label accordingly; the third is not really a claim, but questions arose - the tour was in Belarusian (again, they did not warn about this anywhere), I think that most of them understood everything, I personally had five in white at school.Yaz and bel.lit, but 100% of the time I communicate in Russian, and for what reason an exception is needed in this case, I still did not understand, none of the tour participants used the Belarusian language during the trip, why the guide had to do this is completely inexplicable, I would understand if a survey was conducted, votes were counted and the majority would have been for Belarusian - then no questions, but this was not done, and if the Russians had been present, it would have been interesting for them to understand, but again this is not a claim, but a question. In general, I will not recommend this agency to anyone, no matter what an interesting program, with such an organization it is not a vacation, but a torment

I wanted to go to Grodno, but on a weekday (Tuesday). I found a tour from this travel agency, left a request, a specialist called me back (on Saturday) and booked me for a tour, but asked me to pay at least on Monday before 10.00. The main question is: if you are not sure about the tour, maybe you should not demand payment, given that I applied three days before the tour and maybe you should verbally say that there may not be a tour if there are not n more people. Then I was offered another tour and a refund of the difference in the cost of the tour, for which I wrote a corresponding application. For the new tour, I again had to demand departure data until the evening. The difference in money has not been returned so far (a week has passed), my questions in messengers are not even read. Two stars only for the replacement tour. I got the impression that after paying them the money, then I have to solve all the problems myself and control the information myself too.

We bought a tour to Georgia on 13.07.23 - 28.07.23 and were dissatisfied with the organization of the trip.
1. Bus. On the way to Georgia, TVs did not work on the bus, only the driver had sockets, there was no Wi-fi, air conditioning was running for 4 people, people had to hang bags, diapers, all improvised means over their heads so that it would not drip on their heads. A ventilation panel fell on my neighbor's head while driving (no one was in a hurry to fix it with numerous requests, we drove like that for another day, the barrel was very strong, when they asked her to close it again, the driver reacted extremely impolitely, as if he was doing a favor).
After our indignation (perhaps) new TVs were installed on the way from Georgia, but only one worked at the beginning of the bus, there was wi-fi, the data of which was said a few hours after passing the border, requests were ignored, the driver communicated rudely. The way back was in terrible conditions. It's +33+36 outside, the air conditioner doesn't work, it's impossible to drive, there's not enough air. To the obvious situation of an air conditioner breakdown, the driver claimed that the air conditioner was working, referring to the usual intake of air (warm from the street, where it is +36) and blowing with the same warm air. The situation was not regulated in any way for a day. Two girls eventually became ill and needed medical help.
The driver turned on the music for the whole bus early in the morning and did not turn off the Patriot movie until 3 a.m., the sound for the whole bus, the requests of tourists to turn off were ignored, which violated the rights of tourists. In addition, on the way back, the bus broke down and we had to wait for several hours in the same heat. Comments on the current situation from the tour operator were minimal and did not help solve this situation in any way.
Their position is: the bus is going, so everything is fine, if it wasn't going, then we would have thought something. And in what conditions tourists go, this is already an ordinary situation, the main thing is that they go!
2. Did not provide the declared services in full. There was no announced excursion to Mtskheta, the Jvari monastery, we did not stop at the pamoram sites, we drove along the Georgian military road late in the evening. Tbilisi city tour : we ran through several streets, looked at the minimum minimum, and this is the end of the tour of Tbilisi. We organized additional excursions for ourselves.
3. Hotel changes!
There was no declared night in Tbilisi (for unknown reasons), they checked into a hotel in Mtskheta (instead of a hotel in Tbilisi).
We checked into the Temo hotel, instead of the Voyage declared under the contract. This was reported upon arrival in Gonio. When trying to find out the reason for the change in the hotel, I heard different versions every time.
There is no information about the changes, everyone found out after the fact!
By the way, we checked into the hotel at 20.30, check-out at 12, in fact only 8 full days at sea, keep in mind.

An organized trip to Georgia on 13.07-28.07.2023 is ugly:
1. there were no declared excursions (Mtskheta, sightseeing in Tbilisi, Jvari monastery, the confluence of two rivers ...)
2. bus AK 9446-6 without air conditioning (at a temperature of +33), WiFi and TV. Wi-Fi was distributed on the way back and only in Russia. The air conditioner flowed from the blowing department. It flowed for 4 people. I had to substitute the bags. The TV (was replaced) worked only for drivers. The TV series "Patriot" screamed at the whole bus until 3 a.m.
3. the driver Anton is an incompetent employee and a boor: without checking the information, he makes claims and accusations (to me) that the office already allegedly knows about the breakdown of the air conditioner. The driving style is a disaster (the bus roars out of line with the gears, bounced on the rocks). He indulged in the expressions "they turned off all the Wi-Fi", "how do you like the roller coaster?" On such a "slide", an aluminum panel fell off and fell on the head of a sitting girl from behind. My neighbor was lucky, she had glasses on her head, which did not allow this panel to fall on her head.
4. The guide Irina is an interesting person. She did not create a shared group chat. The excursions were looking for themselves. It seemed that apart from sanitary stops, she was not interested in anything. The words of Irina and the drivers did not match.
