We were with my wife in this store, we were looking for a bathroom mirror, we were pleased with the assortment, not that in construction stores, we received advice from the manager, a competent specialist, prices are pleasantly low for such products. I do not recommend this store. We bought a custom-made mirror with backlight. After 8 months, the side light stopped shining. The warranty is for all 24 months. The store refused to consider the issue. They talk on the phone as if they don't understand what they're talking about at all. I do not recommend the store(((( it is better to look for another one where better materials are used.

I purchased a mirror by ordering it in the Instagram messenger. I chose for a long time and doubted, but an employee of this company came to my aid and conducted a detailed consultation, for which I thank you very much. As a result, I decided and an order was accepted for the manufacture of a mirror according to the required dimensions and my wishes. The date of manufacture was pre-named and it was on this day that I received a call and agreed on a convenient delivery date and time for me. On the agreed day and time, the mirror was brought, whole, delivery is free. The mirror was installed independently, everything works (lighting and heating) and most importantly, I really like it and to my surprise the backlight is enough without turning on the overhead light in the bathroom. I want to say thank you again so much for your attention, help and the mirror itself, which I really wanted!!!

What is my review about, a lot of choice, different shapes, different buttons, the peculiarity is that they helped us, told us how to use everything, picked up for our interior, all this led to the fact that we ordered two mirrors. We got a 10% discount on the second one, THANK YOU).
It was made in 2 weeks, accompanied from order to delivery, by the way, and delivery is free. They did not take the payment immediately, they said payment upon arrival of the mirrors at the address.

We ordered a round mirror with a diameter of 70 with warm lighting and heating.
When connected, it turned out that the backlight color is cold, and the rectangular heater is located at an angle. Here is a photo for you to understand how it will look.
After long negotiations, it turned out that the issue, it turns out, is not solvable. The support manager says something about "such a design" and sends it to the sales manager. The sales manager says, I understand you, but I don't decide anything, and sends it to the head. The head asks interesting questions in the style of - Why do you need even heating at all? Does it keep you warm? It warms you up. Does it fulfill its function? Performs. And the fact that it is located at an angle does not affect its functionality in any way. You can order a larger mirror here, with an even heating arrangement, but with an additional payment at today's prices (+40% to the price of our mirror).
As a result, our issue has not been resolved, so I am writing for future buyers:
1. In a round mirror of 70 diameter, the heater is located at a slight angle. Why? But because the "technology" is like that. And in general, the contract states that the heating position can be changed by the manufacturer, so you can't prove anything.
2. In production, only the cold color of the backlight is used. Did you confirm when ordering that they will make a warm one? And where is the confirmation/order form? They didn't give it away? Well, I'm sorry. So be sure to ask for a written confirmation of the order.
3. Keep the box (yes, this one is made of cardboard) until the end of the warranty period. Why? But because without it, the mirror will not be accepted for return.
Follow all 3 steps to get exactly the mirror you wanted!
I give 1 star for the fact that the mirror is really round and really reflects.

I purchased a mirror from this organization, accepted an order for manufacturing, as they work on availability and on order, waited 2 weeks as agreed, full support, confirmed the order by text message, called when ready, agreed on a convenient delivery time and offered an installation service, to which I gladly agreed.
The mirror was brought whole, free of charge, installed, fit perfectly, surprisingly there is enough illumination without overhead light.

one ... 27.09. Bought a mirror through an online store. Upon acceptance, the courier did not see a defective product (a scratch on the glass, a black dot on the silver coating, scuffs and dirt on the inside of the backlight module). On possible solutions to the issue, they said that we would send at our own expense to see the defects, and then we would also take them at our own expense. The receipt was also not attached to the product. So when accepting from the courier - be careful, inspect everything with the illumination of all places and demand a receipt.

I ordered a mirror on Instagram, it was made for several weeks. We have agreed on delivery and installation. We did everything as agreed on time and efficiently. I liked the mirror, it's beautiful.
The only nuance for which I take off the star is, firstly, you cannot choose the backlight color (only 6000 is available), secondly, the brightness of the backlight is not enough to illuminate the face - if, for example, I want to put on makeup in front of the mirror, then I need to come right up to his face so that the light illuminates at least somehow the face. That is, the front backlight carries only an interior function.
But most of the Instagram photos were taken in the dark so that the backlight looks bright. Alas, this nuance upset me, I bought it with a backlight for the purpose of makeup. And it turned out just for beauty.
