We lived for five days, the hotel is excellent, for its price, 2 minutes to the sea, the staff is very responsive, there are Russian speakers, the breakfasts are decent, everything you need in the morning, the rooms are clean, shampoo, gel, soap, hair dryer, refrigerator, one-time slippers in the room, a small balcony, but with a view of the sea, linen there is a place to dry, a kettle, a free pool and a hammam!!! It's three stars 🤩

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in June 2024
I am writing a real fresh review
Positive:
-Excellent location, the sea is across the street and there are many paid beaches
There are also many cafes
- responsive reception staff
- a modest quiet hotel
The contingent is local, but there were both Europe and Russians
- there are breakfasts (sparse, but you can eat)
- there is a private pool
- budget hotel for a good price
Cons:
- too far from the old town
It takes 15 minutes by taxi, a little more than an hour on foot
, but taxis have become very expensive this year
- the cleaning was only done after they had been swearing at the reception for 2 days in a row
The cleaning is done by a married couple, who also stand at breakfast from 7 to 10
Therefore, they physically do not have time
- they didn't even throw out the garbage until they made a scandal
- the watering can in the shower is terrible, the water is in all directions
In general, the conclusion is: not super terrible, 3ka is not 5ka of course, you have to be prepared for this, but I wouldn't stop there a second time

A wonderful hotel, clean rooms, the location is also excellent 2 minutes from the sea, we had a room with sea and mountain views. The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious, there are fruits, vegetables and much more. For your money, the hotel is simply gorgeous

The location is perfect. The breakfasts are very decent, the variety of fruits and vegetables was pleasant. The rooms were cleaned almost every day. The staff is very friendly. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were immediately checked in, we did not have to wait 14 hours. They did not require an additional payment. It was very pleasant.

I experienced real stress during my stay at this hotel!
At first, I was moved to another room without my consent!
What you see in the photos is not true!
The rooms are dirty and Shabby!
After they announced that it is FORBIDDEN to EAT IN the ROOM! I'm in shock, that is, I can't bring anything from food to the room, for example fruits , vegetables , snacks, etc.
The last situation shocked me to say the least!
I invited my guest, then they started calling me and asked me to register him! OK, no question!
He came down to provide a passport, and I see a picture … How the hotel manager attacks him out of the blue ! Cruelly hits on the head , on the legs !
THERE IS NO SUCH THING IN RUSSIA, AND SEEING THAT I AM A TOURIST, NO ONE WARNED ME ABOUT THE RULES OF STAYING AT THE HOTEL!
All the remaining days I was in fear!
I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

Nice hotel. Clean, nice terrace with tables - the hotel has a restaurant, which is very convenient (I don't know if it's around the clock or not, but almost always). The hotel corresponds to its 3* status and price.
The advantages are a gorgeous view from the window to the embankment and the sea, responsive guys at the reception, respond immediately to requests, a good breakfast, a private terrace in the shade.
Cons: falling apart plumbing in the room, cleaning leaves much to be desired, tired snowstorm

Not a bad hotel for its price. The room is clean. In the bathroom, however, there was not a single hook, not a single shelf, there was nowhere to hang and put things, I put my bag with various bath accessories on the floor and the cleaners took it away like garbage (they returned it later, of course, when I sounded the alarm. The breakfast is not bad, the buffet, but the products are not signed, and the staff speaks almost no English. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the coastline.

Unfortunately, this hotel completely upset me.
1. Dirty room!
Since we are with children and the youngest is 3 years old, it is important for me that it is clean. The closet on the shelves was dusty, the toilet was terribly dirty (I had to wash myself, buy gloves). The floors in the room have not been washed for a long time, there is garbage and tangles of hair in the corners....fuuu And only on the last night... I realized that the bed linen had not been changed for us from the previous guests....... That's what I didn't expect....... I take out a blanket ...... and there is a duvet cover in spots (those that are washed off during washing) I started to look at the rest of the laundry ...... IN GENERAL, THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE LINEN it seems so far not at all. Kopets!!!!!! (that's why I decided to write a review, I wouldn't do that .....)
2. Breakfast .....
a separate story.... THERE is NOTHING!
Well, that's nonsense... well, no and no. We bought food at the supermarket and ate our own. the kitchen is not working yet, probably by a poet. The cups are dirty!
I just drink boiling water in the morning) but I didn't drink it here.... There is sand at the bottom of the cup!!!! There is such a scale in this heater, most likely it has never been cleaned.....
3. The hotel's spa center.....
they want to earn money, but at the same time there are no small things pleasant for the client.
I was in Turkey a few years ago, went to the spa, so there they will offer different types of teas and tell stories and brochures on the table with excursions, and magazines.
They poured me coffee, thank you. I was waiting to be invited after the sauna for peeling, I was tired of waiting.... I had to ask who would come for me and when..... they came.... After peeling and foaming, I went out and waited for a massage.... For a long time.... Again, until she started asking there herself.... I was already getting cold, because I was wet in a towel. The massage was good, this is for me for everything that I endured. (I endured it because I was wondering what was next)))))) and then that's it.... They turned off the lights and left.... They didn't offer a towel with shampoo... nothing ...... so I was going to pop ... yes, to my room to wash! Well, that's it....

We visited this hotel last year, everything was cool, this year I was very disappointed
The room was very dirty, the bed linen had not been changed since last year, it looks like there is a stain everywhere
It's a nightmare about the shower, the watering can is all dead, the toilet is dirty and there are no clothes hangers

A new hotel, I went to see the room, everything is clean, the rooms are large, they give 2 bottles of water, there is no kettle in the room. Suitable for short-term rest, it seemed uncomfortable. The contingent did not really meet downstairs, so I immediately changed my mind about settling there, maybe in vain, I settled back in "my" cozy hotel.

They settled with the main criterion - the proximity of the sea. In fact, it is, 2 minutes to the sea. walking. The beach is one of the top ten beaches in Turkey. During our stay at the hotel, our positive impressions only intensified. The hotel is new, European style. Accordingly, the room is clean, cozy, and comfortable. All devices are available, wi-fi is available in the room. From the window there is a magnificent view of the sea. Since the hotel is small, special attention is paid to each guest. We were just invited to tea)) The staff is all polite, attentive, the guys at the reception speak Russian. By all criteria, the hotel is on a solid four. Personally, we have opened a very good hotel for ourselves, and we plan to return to it again.
