We went on vacation to Georgia by bus from the company Zhara Travel with accompanying Tatiana. I would like to tell you about the most beautiful road to Georgia and back. They put us in the penultimate places, the last 5 remained free, until they announced that they would be places for children to sleep, but alas, it wasn't like that, all the way there and back, our dear parents sent crowds of children back to "hang out" for days (there was no smell of sleep there, thus, in no way letting the penultimate places sleep or somehow relax), the accompanying Tatiana did not solve this situation in any way, but only scoffed at everyone that children were interfering with us, although they interfered with many and comments were received more than once about creating silence and stopping running around the bus. And in principle, the attitude was as dismissive as possible. It is very sad to see the lack of respect from the accompanying party, since we pay a lot of money, and as a result we became babysitters for the entire bus.
I would like the company to hear and take some measures, at least for subsequent flights, because the road is already difficult, and with such an attitude, it is simply impossible!!!!!!!!!

There was no rest as such. The staff was rude, you can't ask anything, stops every 5 hours, especially after lunch, it's too much. They did not take me to my destination, they brought me to a nervous breakdown and an ambulance, they refused to return the money. It's disgusting, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, the first experience of traveling by tourist bus was with "Zharatrevel".
26.07 – departure to Batumi, 08.08 – return to Minsk.
Firstly, I would like to draw attention to the manager Valeria, with whom, in fact, the acquaintance with this company began. 0% customer orientation; all information had to be extracted independently. All the questions were answered in the spirit of "well, I already told you" (although I don't know to whom or what she said there). And so it was throughout the trip. (Thanks for the fact that Julia appeared later, who tried to answer all questions immediately.)
Let's move on to the bus. The website states that the bus has air conditioning and WiFi. If the air conditioner really worked in places, then it was almost impossible to use the Internet even for basic messages to relatives.
Transfer to Batumi: we were accompanied by a wonderful guide Tatiana. It is immediately clear that the person is experienced. There was no need to pull anything out of it. She told us the plan for the day in advance, warned us about all the stops. There were no unpleasant surprises with her. I'll give Tatiana 11/10.
Transfer from Batumi: here everything is sad. Elena was already accompanying us. There were a lot of questions for her. It feels like a person has been working for the first day. She didn't know anything, she asked the drivers everything. "When will there be a stop for a hot lunch? — I don't know, I'm hungry too!
— When will there be a sanitary stop?
— I don't know, I also want to go to the toilet" situation sur, agree.
Two buses from Zharatrevel left at the same time. We were leaving Batumi, but we also made stops in Kobuleti and Tbilisi to pick up the rest of the passengers. Firstly, we made one additional stop simply because one passenger did not make it to the scheduled stop in Kobuleti. Okay, it's tolerable, we understand everything.
But it was "fun" with Tbilisi. In the chat, it was said that all passengers should arrive at the stop by 01:15. Which one girl just decided not to pay attention to. When asked why the bus had been standing there for half an hour, we were told that we were waiting for another girl, "who might not show up at all." As a result, we were able to leave about an hour later, when this girl still decided to please us with her presence, but she was (not) drunk a lot.
I understand that the company didn't want to lose money, but it was super disrespectful to other passengers. As it turned out later, the second bus, which was not waiting for anyone, managed to do everything on time and did not stand at the border more than necessary. (Yes, there were indeed problems at the border that day, and the company was not to blame in any way, but I'm talking about the problems that Elena (or the company) added to our entire bus.) We arrived at the transit hotel only at 4 a.m.
But we had good drivers, Dmitry and Sergey. Thanks to them!
In general, I give the trip 2/10 (only for Tatiana and the drivers). I will not use the services of this company anymore.

We went from Heat Travel to Georgia in July. Transfer Bobruisk - Ureki .
I was very upset by the landing from Bobruisk at the gas station (on the M5 Bypass road, outside the city)
But the biggest disappointment was the landing at 4.30 am in the Clear Forest (it is 16 km from Bobruisk).The city taxi refused to take us home. The place of disembarkation was reported on the bus, i.e. on the way.The issue had to be resolved on the spot . Contacting the attendant did not lead to anything.
Although the agreement says Bobruisk -Ureki.
Yasny les IS NOT BOBRUISK, AS WELL AS A GAS STATION IN THE SYCHKOVSKY VILLAGE COUNCIL (landing place 15km). The tour operator did not inform us that the bus does not stop in Bobruisk and boarding and disembarking will not even take place in the Bobruisk district.We contacted the tour company - they didn't give us a complaint book.

I went on vacation to Georgia (Batumi) in transit.
The road is very difficult, considering that we were traveling by the SIERRA bus - it was impossible, but we had to endure.
And how lucky will you be, what kind of contingent will be on the bus and in the transit hotel (where you will obviously not be alone).
On the way back (at the parking lot near the chachi tower in Batumi), 2 buses arrived (setra and yutong), at first they were supposed to get into yutong, but later they said that to setra. When I had already packed my things and sat down, they said that they had confused me and I had to sit in the yutong (an unpleasant moment).
I also did not like the transit hotel in Lenin's Farm, Vilena..
it's just a horror, the hotel is purely for truckers or uncles who have seen a lot in their lives, but not for children and families who just want to relax. And the price for this hotel is pretty decent, considering that you spend 6-8 hours there.
Even on the YUTONG bus it is very difficult to travel, it is suitable only for the patient..
I do not know how to organize a vacation, but I am sure that I will no longer take a bus for such a distance (especially with unpredictable transit hotels)
The toilet is shared, shower, sink too..

I had concerns based on previous negative experiences with other travel agencies.

The managers were always in touch from the moment I first contacted the travel agency, ending with our departure.
Excellent work by highly professional drivers, a well-planned program for the entire tour, a wonderful hotel in Tbilisi with a very hospitable host. I lived in Georgia for a long time, and when I wanted to go home to Minsk, I started asking TG channels for ways to get there. And the manager wrote to me that they have a transfer every week from Georgia. We had another suspended question "can we transfer the bike?" we were answered of course, which we were very happy about! We found this agency quickly, answered all my questions, and the next day we went to Minsk with them. The road was easy, the drivers drove the bus very carefully, there was no negative thought even. Many thanks to the drivers and Tatiana for the good emotions from such a long trip, I definitely recommend it, everything was fine.
And I will add that Tatiana constantly approached everyone, was in full view of everyone and at any moment she could come up, suggest something, bring water. Thank you 💛 I will definitely contact you again someday🔥
And by the way, the buses were very clean, there is an outlet with USB output, Wi-Fi is not working, but they gave us distribution all the way and the Internet was excellent!

I take off three stars for stellar illness from an employee who communicates with clients on the phone. I was shocked by such an ugly attitude and honestly did not want to go through them, but I booked a place and you can't move a vacation. I was more than happy with the transfer itself, the drivers and Tatiana are great. But as I understand it, this bus is not even a heat, but another tour company. The employee with whom I communicated was probably angry that everyone was going on vacation, but she was working ... Spoiled the impression with her habitual attitude about the company specifically, so I'm unlikely to go there again.

If you want a terrible vacation in Georgia, contact Zharutravel. All excursions that are included in the price, you will be offered to watch at night from the bus window, since you leave Belarus at 18:00. All that awaited us from the excursions that were included in the price of the tour was a sightseeing tour of Batumi with tasting, 6 excursions that are prescribed in the contract, and allegedly included in the price — they definitely will not be!But no, you will see the Georgian military road on the bus at night. And if you decide, take a trip for an additional fee. payment from Zharytravel, do not expect to see all the waterfalls and so on.Viktor (the host country in Georgia) naturally did not solve our questions and requests, but when asked if we would still see the Georgian military road, he would answer: "Of course, on the way back!" We went to Georgia in August with Heat Travel. The bus in both directions was a Higer. Comfortable, the air conditioner was working. Of the whole trip, this is a plus. We drove sooo long, longer than the rest of the travel agencies, I don't know why. You will not see the Georgian military road, the Peoples' Friendship arch on this trip, because you will drive through this beauty all night (no one told us about this). We arrived in Georgia. We had the Orby Hotel. Why is the word hotel in quotation marks? Because this is not a hotel, but an apartment!! When asked at the reception when there will be cleaning and replacement of bed linen, we were told that you do the cleaning yourself and do the bed linen yourself. Well, it's cool! I came to Georgia to clean and do laundry!Excursions are a separate joke😁First we went to the free ones, it's a banana grove, Ureki beach and an arboretum. They just dropped us off from the minibus, they said that the banana grove was there and we went and looked for it ourselves. Do you even know, Heat Travel, what an excursion is?Google it, read how the tours should be conducted!!!And then sell it!Otherwise, it is written in their tour program that excursions are included in the price, but this, of course, is not in the contract (With this desk, the vacation is ruined 😡NEVER go with this company! (Transit) The buses are cramped, the wishes for accommodation in the bus/ transit hotel were NOT taken into account! I had to negotiate with people myself, or leave everything as it is. The transit hotel itself is a strange thing, the word "accommodation" is indicated in the contract - the price, and the day before departure it turns out that you still need to pay extra, because this is just a reservation to a not very good hotel outside the city, without hot water, with unpleasant staff and tasteless breakfast))) for ~ 2500 rubles.if you spend the night in such a "hotel", also with a stranger (when your friends are settled separately)
, Sanitary stops are 50% likely in disgusting places.
Accompanying Anna is, in general, theoretically a pleasant person)))) Drivers try to drive carefully. For this, it turns out 2 stars)

I do not recommend this travel agency. Not a professional attitude towards tourists.
We went by bus to Georgia from 08.08 to 24.08. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude.
Be prepared for the fact that in such a difficult trip, the priority will not be you, but the bus and the drivers, their convenience and comfort. To begin with, the agreements reached in advance are not being respected.
1. They paid extra for the selected places, while before concluding the contract, they clarified with the manager whether it was possible to put things in a shelf above these places. I received an answer that it is possible (there is a correspondence). On the spot, it turned out that right above the selected and additionally paid places, the shelf was closed to the drivers' belongings. Where to put things – decide for yourself. No one has dealt with this situation. That is, they were frankly misled by a direct question. I had to put food under the seat and take out a bag of dust every time to take out what I needed. I tried to place pillows and a blanket in a shelf above other people, to which I had to walk a couple of steps through the salon. But this cannot be done, the accompanying person will definitely make a claim. In addition, people occupy a shelf above their heads with their belongings. And there is no place for yours there. And again, this is just your problem.
2. At the conclusion of the contract, she immediately clarified that the transit hotel does not need a cot for a third person, but a bed. They wrote to me that they would take this into account (there is a correspondence) As a result, there were additional cots there and back. Which did not have to sleep for a child of 11 years old, since it is located directly under the air conditioner, but for an adult. Again, the agency did not fulfill its promise. It was fundamentally important for me to sleep in a normal bed after 1.5 days on the road. I don't think that all tourists focus on this when concluding a contract, and it's not difficult to note this for the accommodation of specific tourists. Or not to mislead, if there is no such possibility. And the Customer will decide whether these conditions suit him or not, and choose an agency depending on their capabilities. But not based on false information.
3. The maintainer is a separate topic. I have not seen so many comments about tourists yet: someone crushed a bottle loudly - it distracts drivers, the conversation of the girls sitting behind the driver distracts the driver. The remark was given for the size of the bottle in the grid. Despite the fact that it was not 1.5 or 2 liters, but a liter bottle.
Also, you will definitely be told that your shoes are damp after the street or too white from lime. Be prepared to listen to this the whole trip. But it's better to choose another agency and not spoil your vacation.
4. Sanitary stops: huge stretches in duration – almost all for 4 hours. Even after a meal or a transit hotel, when the human physiology is simply unable to tolerate such intervals. Stops for hot meals and a toilet – 30-40 minutes for 55 people. It is very short in time and everything turns into a constant race, queues, additional stress.
On the way from Minsk to Georgia, there was a stop at lunchtime, before getting off the bus, the escort clarified that it was not necessary to eat here, since there would soon be a stop at the Spoon for Mom cafe, and it would be better there. At this stop, just go to the toilet. The people on the bus did just that: they didn't go to lunch, they only went to the toilet. But the team of drivers and the escort had lunch. As it turned out, the next stop was in 4 hours! That is, in fact, tourists were left hungry without lunch and arrived for dinner, which cannot be said about the employees of the travel agency.
5. On included excursions to Tbilisi: It does not match the promises specified in the route. The tour of Tbilisi lasted no more than an hour. We were never shown the Fig Gorge, the waterfall, the sulfur baths in which A. Pushkin and A. Dumas Sr. swam, the Tbilisi Mosque. And this is taking into account the fact that some of the attractions were already closed for restoration/filming. Everything is in a hurry, at a gallop. For a group of 53 tourists, the invited guide did not have a microphone, which means it was almost impossible to hear anything. Excursions are for show, the attitude of the travel agency towards them is based on the residual principle. For people who want to find out and see, this is a useless option.
6. Driving: not very comfortable. Often drivers approached other cars closely at speed, and then braked sharply. And this is not a one-time situation, but a driving style. It was very difficult to fall asleep in such conditions, when traveling at night.
As a resume, I will not go with them anymore. I also do not recommend it to others. Judging by this year's reviews, the company has deteriorated. "Zhara Travel", this review is posted for other tourists, as well as for you to have an idea of what disadvantages there are in your services and look for ways to eliminate them.

Yes, 3 days on the bus sounds very hard, but only if the beautiful Tatiana, the handsome Alexander and another good driver are not riding next to you, sorry, I didn't remember the name. The guys made the trip very comfortable, you are the best thanks to you❤ Also, all 40 people who were traveling with us were top! We can't survive without humor, but we survived with them))

We were traveling from Minsk to Batumi and back by bus. The bus is comfortable, there is an opportunity to charge the phone near each place. Despite the hot weather, it was very comfortable on the bus all the way. We were located in the Orbit, there was a beautiful view. A couple of minutes walk to the sea! Transfer Georgia. On the way forward, the bus broke down 2 times, no conclusions were made by the company, we were traveling back on the same bus, it broke down so that the drivers could not fix it, we had to go to a tire service and lose 4 hours. The bus itself is old, so is it really impossible to at least repair it adequately before traveling more than 2,000km? The purchase of seats on the bus is paid, when signing the contract it is not announced or prescribed, you need to give 20p per seat. 20 x ~50 = 1000r, money is made from the sky, this is the first time I've ever seen this. Moreover, there were conflicts that the same place was sold to different people. We were not informed about the transfer of the overnight stay to another city, until recently it was unclear where we would stay. When asked how long to go to the hotel, the accompanying Elena answered 100 km, as a result, we drove to the hotel for another 5 hours. In general, the maintainer could not solve the problems that arose. 1 star goes to the drivers who repaired the bus. The high rating of the company is surprising.

We were traveling from Minsk to Batumi. There were promised sockets on the bus – there were none. The air conditioning on the bus was out of order. We drove at +33 for 4 hours, until in Gomel we decided to look at the bus stop, although everyone was already dying. And even after that, it turned out that the flow control of the air conditioner does not work on our seats (do not even turn it off), and when it's hot it barely blows. There is a question of checking buses before traveling such distances. The route itself is not thought out in time (obviously it was possible not to go an extra night). In general, according to the sum of all impressions, the attitude is like a piece of meat.
