Yesterday, 11/22/24 we were with a friend in this cafe. The receptionist, Diana, met us. A very polite and attentive girl. She took us to a table and served us herself. The atmosphere of the cafe is very pleasant, the musical accompaniment is excellent, the singing was good. The hot dish was served quickly, the chop was soft and juicy. The prices in the cafe are moderate. We had a great evening. I recommend it!))

We visited the Zhemchuzhina cafe on 11.10.2024 And wanted to choose another place, but there were no places there and the choice fell on Zhemchuzhina. It was impossible to book a table just for yourself, it was necessary to make a reservation. (This is not clear because even in the most expensive establishments in the city, table reservations can be left without an order) When pre-ordering, extortion and pumping up the table amounts simply began (they demanded to order something that we absolutely did not need) We discussed and made an order with the administrator. They immediately warned that payment by card was impossible and this led to bad thoughts. On the evening of 11.10.2024 we arrived at the cafe. One letter was not lit on the sign, and this immediately made me remember the Soviet cartoon about Vrungel and his ship VICTORY-TROUBLE. There was one banquet in the same room with the bar counter and no one else was seated there, it was impossible to enter the hall! Tables were set in the pearl room. People celebrated banquets for 50 years, 60 years, 30 years and several other small companies. Since the people were CRAMMED into one room, the distance between the tables was no more than 30 cm. The young guys sitting against the wall later pushed the tables apart on their own, because it was problematic to even move. Personally, I got the impression that I was sitting on the lap of the men from the next table. There was our pre-order + cold cuts on the table, which we did not order. The receptionist behaved irritably, did not want to take away the " extra dish ", referring to the fact that we would then have an empty table. After a short argument, the assorted items were safely taken away, but THEY DEMANDED to immediately order hot for everyone and also for a COMMON plate. We can say that the administrator ruined our evening with her defiant and aggressive behavior. I was also struck by the terrible savings on napkins (one three-layer napkin was divided into three) We must pay tribute to the administrator, we did not have to communicate anymore, and the waiter serving us was pleasant and polite. The food was without frills, without zest, but delicious. The usual homemade food is like mom's at home, although at the exit the check for 1 person turned out to be 60 rubles (which I think is not a little) If someone is a fan of the music of the 90s, then to your PEARL, we have not heard a single modern song. I will not describe the dishes, the restrooms.... Another disadvantage of the institution is the lack of blankets in the cold season, in order to refresh yourself, you need to take clothes from the wardrobe every time. There is only one conclusion - the institution is not developing, but the 21st century is on the street!

We celebrated the anniversary of my husband on 08/27/2024. The staff is polite, attentive, try to take into account all wishes. The Music Is Great, Well Done. They sing great, the repertoire is diverse. But the food leaves much to be desired. Everything is not badly cooked, but the menu itself seems to be from the 90s. Serve a cheap semi-smoked sausage for hot and call it grilled sausages, yes of course...Chicken kebab is pieces of undercooked chicken. The money for these dishes is not very low)) It just wasn't very pleasant, even to look at it, and I didn't want to spoil the evening because of it.

We celebrated my birthday on 04.01.2025.
The music is great, the staff is polite.
That's where the advantages end.
The food leaves much to be desired.
We ordered a salad "Spicy with tongue".
I had to look for a salad in a pile of onions, there was zero sharpness, there was absolutely no dressing at all. The snacks looked like they were living out their days. Only the hot stuff was delicious.
We won't be going back there anymore.

The building is sad, grey concrete. At the moment when I drove up to the institution, I no longer wanted to go in. Savok savkovy. The establishment is divided into halls. There can be about 200 guests at a time. The dishes are simple, the appliances are something between aluminum and stainless steel. Serving dishes, serving everything is old-fashioned, like from Soviet films. The toilet is terrible. The dressing room with washbasins is shared, both men and women are jostling. 2 toilets in the women's room. Bad smell. There were queues throughout the banquet. The music is live, the vocalists are great! The audience is simple. We drank, ate and went into a wild dance. The place is not for sophisticated guests who are used to slowly drinking good wine and enjoying the views. The prices are probably among the lowest.

We celebrated the anniversary at my aunt's. A small, cozy banquet hall.I liked the food. Live music is super, the soloist sang very well! Everyone was dancing and having fun. All the guests were satisfied. I didn't like the attitude of the waitress who was rude to us (the children broke a glass, gave the money to the administrator, but the waiter did not believe and persistently demanded money).

Shop, restaurant, cafe-it all starts with people. The visit to this cafe began with the insistent and pretentious "advice" of the administrator, for what amount we need to order. And on the day of the visit to the cafe, when asked to remove a portion of an uninvited person, it was literally said: "Do I have to eat this portion for you or pay for it?" We would not refuse to pay for this portion. But the form of the conversation, the intonation of the person responsible for the image of the institution, cause confusion. The man has not heard of politeness and tact... I do not recommend this institution. The mood will be ruined. Moreover, in the reviews there are already mentions of the rudeness of the staff.(By the way. We just refused to visit this place that evening).

The most terrible place we've ever been. It all started with a super unpleasant administrator who imposed both 2 hot and more alcohol ("you won't have enough"). When we arrived, there was a crumpled piece of paper with our last name on the table, torn off from some kind of notebook. The waiter had a dirty and wrinkled uniform. Actually, the waiter came up 3 times, introduced himself, brought our hot food and at 8 pm the bill (i.e. that's it, you can't order more). The products in the salad were chopped into huge chunks, it was impossible to eat. Meat slicing, as promised, " 3 pieces of sausage " weighing 200 grams. Smelly, dirty toilets with running toilets...As an addition, a wobbly table. In general, I do not advise anyone. There are plenty of places in the city where you can go and relax.
Of the advantages, only the musicians sang great, but they talked a lot, it seemed that we were somewhere at a wedding)

But there are a lot of questions for the administrator Margarita Alexandrovna: 1. Arriving in the evening without prior reservation, we sat down at a table, made an order. Because we were after a hearty dinner, the order was not a banquet with hot and a set of salads (alcohol, soda, sliced, fruits). We waited for drinks for 10 minutes, but in vain....The receptionist came up instead of the waiter and said: "Dear, with such a small order we will not serve, order at least 60 rubles per person..... To which we replied that we were not hungry and that what we ordered was enough for us. To this, the administrator threatens that then he will put us alone in another hall where there is no music ... they say we do not need such visitors- the ticket office is small.... We added the order and waited....we waited for rotten sliced peppers, fruits, a portion of which was 2 times less than those stated in the menu. After talking to the director of the cafe, after discussing this situation, he said that he needed to invite me, supposedly this should not happen, you can only come to drink coffee.... It takes a long time to describe all the "beauty" of communication with Margarita Alexandrovna, as a result: when ordering banquets there, just if you decide to go in for coffee and dance, please remember the quality of service in this institution, the shamelessness and arrogance of the administrator, respect yourself, defend your interests, do not allow someone else's opinion to be imposed on you. Or better yet, make a choice in favor of other establishments, which are full in the city. This was our last trip there, and we will not advise anyone. Good health and a great holiday to all!!! And please ask the director: in order to attract visitors, work with boorish employees.
