There are cigarette butts all around, neighbors periodically try to clean up at the entrance themselves, they even wanted to arrange a clean-up, but changed their minds, there is a communal service responsible for the order. Where the sandbox is, at the foot of the balconies, there are solid cigarette butts, imagine how many of them have been collected since autumn... How are the children playing in the sandbox? Is anyone going to install a turnstile for knocking out carpets at all? Or when the asphalt was laid, it was dug out and thrown, and has been lying around since autumn.
