The very room in which this HPP is located is like after a nuclear war: holes in the floor, shabby walls, mountains of garbage and people work there. It's just a shame for the state! And apparently everything is so bad for them that they do not respond to any complaints, they hurry to leave the workplace as soon as possible. The boss never does that at all.
