Good day! I've been living in my house for many years, and I've rarely sought help from housing and communal Services. But my patience ran out, I called the housing department 9 dispatcher twice. A plumber was sent the second time. The reason for the visit is that the towel dryer has not been working for weeks all January and February, it's actually winter outside. they turn off the water ALL the time, then it's not water, but coffee- dirt that has ruined all the taps, the toilet bowl, there is no water pressure at all (5th floor), we're tired of talking. The plumber came in with a fume, you can suffocate, it looks like others don't work there.. they constantly call him, distract him, he promises to come to everyone to buy everything, not when, all on the phone.. I opened the toilet bowl, the water did not fill up, they filled it with mud, because they turn off THE WATER SYSTEMATICALLY AND CONSTANTLY!! I DID NOT DO ANYTHING AND WAS NOT GOING TO DO IT, WHY???? OTHERS ARE WAITING FOR HIM...THEY PROBABLY PAY PERSONALLY... I had to call a plumber privately for a fee so that the water would go into the barrel and clean everything that was clogged with dirt when the water was turned off. I would like to ask the housing department who needs such help..??? If such specialists can't even clean the blockage elementary?? Who do we pay for maintenance, etc . In general, it's a mess and an outrage.. There has been no water pressure from the faucet for so many years, the excuses are the same.. Tired of listening..
