Very bad. An old, dirty room, the shower drain is clogged with unknown things. We were in the spring, when there is no heating anymore, and it blows very strongly from the cracks in the windows. The only plus is cheap.

THE WORST THING I'VE EVER SEEN!!!
On the way home, by chance, around midnight it turned out to stay in this so-called hotel, because 14 hours on the road, and in the winter season make themselves felt! It was scary to drive, despite the fact that a blizzard covered places. This ill-fated arrival in THIS terrible room happened on the night from 9.01 (SAT) to 10.01(Sun) (Maybe people reading the news know about the frozen Belarusian trucker on 10.01 in the Pskov region (he was rescued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations), those who remember it or just heard it, know what the weather was and will understand that it is very difficult to go It was dangerous, and besides, we had to drive all night! In the afternoon of 9.01 we were heading from Pskov).
I'll start with the most interesting thing. So we went into the room. There wasn't much cash in my wallet, I didn't have the strength to look for ATMs, and I didn't think very well, the road turned out to be difficult, and we are in a strange city at night. However, we were assured that there are places for what is in the wallet. And what seemed to us was a roof over our heads, warm, and a bed with clean linens. The same room has the concept of a "Hotel", which means everything should be decent. They made a mistake...
They gave us some papers to fill out with all the passport data and addresses. We sat and filled it out. We paid the money and then we were taken to a "room" on the second floor to the right of the door with the inscription "pantry" (No. 11 or No. 12 or No. 19 I vaguely remember). Initially, after entering, they didn't even have time to take a look around, they just wanted to fall asleep, so they almost immediately went down to the car, took some things for the night and returned. And then, through sleepy eyes, they saw all the horror and the desire to sleep immediately disappeared.
It should be a shame to offer such a thing to guests of the city, region, and even more so the country! Yes, it would be better to say that there are no places! a black spot in the field of Belarusian hotel services!
The stench in the rooms is indescribably stinging to the eyes, as if chronically smoking alcoholics live there all the time. It's cold, it's like outside. Of course there is no hot water. The sanitary station is crying for the bathroom in general, as well as for every piece of furniture, and indeed throughout the entire floor! The ashtrays are not even washed with the remains of ashes, as well as two different raspberry glasses that are not upside down are gathering dust. The bed linen is terrible and the most suspicious thing is that pillowcases with a sheet may be from the same set, but the duvet cover is completely different, fortunately at least it seems ironed. It seems that only the duvet cover is being changed! It is not known how many people with various infections were lying on these sheets and pillows. Well, it's probably worth keeping silent about the details of the origin of the stains on the blanket (bedspread), just like about the dubious stains on both wallpaper and Soviet switches. It looks very much like traces of excrement, or maybe it's chocolate, you say?! The palace has also been black since the Soviet era, probably full of bedbugs - that's why it acquired such a classic color. I'm sure it was colored and light once... Back in the 80s.
In general, we resisted as much as we could, because we had to sleep for at least a couple of hours, but the body could not stand what we saw and really began to reject what we ate early. We packed up and went down to the "reception". No one had planned such an overnight stay. We demanded a refund, to which we were told that everything had already been punched and a refund was impossible, it could only be done through the accounting department, and it has been working since MONDAY! Nerves are on edge. Believe me, it's better to sleep in a car even in winter than in this hell. We were offered to look at other rooms, which we sincerely hoped to see a different picture. And they were wrong again. The same infernal stench, etc. + a piece of torn wallpaper, probably it was the only cheap way to remove suspicious stains from the walls, but the room is warmer and because of what the smell of junk felt even more aggressive. They offered to look at another room, but they no longer had the strength to restrain their gag reflex. Sorry for the details.
As a result, the money was not returned to us and, of course, we did not use the overnight accommodation services in full or even in part, and at our own risk in such weather, hoping that God would help us on the road, we left as soon as possible. We have proof that we did not spend the night at the hotel - this is a receipt from a gas station already in Borisov, literally an hour and a half after a tour of the most notorious places in the Vitebsk region of Gashniki, namely, including an altercation with an employee of the "reception" in the "genius hotel" in such a hospitable city.
If anyone from Chashnikov reads this review, please tell them that I will ensure that this institution is visited with unscheduled inspections and certainly not from local authorities, believe me. Meet with bread and salt the san.station and the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the first place! It's absolutely unsafe here! This place is a cesspool of bacteria and a breeding ground for diseases! And I advise the woman from the hotel to read the laws, in particular the Law on Consumer Protection! It was not even suggested to write a waiver immediately on the spot . They offered to wait for Monday!

The barn. Scary corridors, dead doors, wallpaper sticking out at the edges, furniture on tape and screws. The superior room differs from the usual one in that it has a very scary locker, in which there is, as it were, a tea set assembled in dachas and basements. The towels are also from there. Bath... you can only get into it in shoes, and then not in light ones. It's just a nightmare, in general. There is no hot water outside the heating season.
