A review of the entire NB complex. The sales department is also good, but we finally made a choice after walking around the complex and talking with friends who live there.
Thanks to the developer for the investment of his soul, for all these little things in the form of identical signs, preserved trees in some places, buns for dog lovers, etc., etc. For the fact that each house is truly unique, and at the same time beautifully combined with the neighboring ones (as if the triangular balconies of the house of the ART quarter do not in vain echo the triangles of high-rise buildings through roads that were built a long time ago). For the fact that they did not spare elevators to high-rise buildings (hello MM), and arranged these houses so that people really had a view from the upper floors, and not the opportunity to observe the life of a neighbor from the house opposite. In general, for the variability of houses and layouts, for having bothered to please everyone. For the idea of parking lots, I liked it more than enough (hello again, MM). In order not to have a shortage of places, and not to walk between endless cars and parking lots - what is not the solution? For the fact that schools and kindergartens are built not for show, but also with an idea, modern and in style, like the whole NBU.
I probably missed a lot more, but this feeling, as if you're entering another world, more advanced and created for a better life, is very cool.
And yet, after hearing the disparaging "oh, NB is a village" many times, I really respect the residents of this residential complex, who post stories where, well ... everything is visible and understandable in terms of living standards ... and sign "my village!")) Filled up, everything is clear with you)))😄

When we first bought an apartment here in 2019, according to the general plan, a shopping center with a large hyper was supposed to appear. But as the years go by, the appetites of A100 grow, and now there is no big hyper, which has closed the problems with buying food in such a densely populated area, on the general plan. But there are piles of parking lots, places that you can't get into, high-rise candles and endless coffee shops. There is only one ragged Hippo supermarket in the whole of NB, in which queues break all records, and the Neighbors are the same at the entrance. The NB has not been completed yet, and the problem with buying NORMAL products without standing in line in a circle is already acute. It's scary to imagine when everything will be completed. Very comfortable, thank you.

There are pitfalls in lending (they promise one thing, in fact the conditions are completely different), and the cheapest materials in the decoration, while at the time of purchase you will not even be provided with samples to at least know the color of the walls that will turn out live (this is not us, this factory gave us a bad door, but of course we won't change it), and terrible engineering plans and electrical wiring plans, all purely "graphic materials for review", and of course oddities from the squares, they will calmly chop off a couple of square meters and confuse your head so that you don't notice))) but they will ask you to give back your money as soon as possible "during the day, so for everyone."

Information on the construction of the house is not provided (for example, the reports do not include houses, there is no whole block under construction), the 360 panorama does not work.
They promise a lot of things, and then these promises must be forced out.

But I would not advise anyone to use the services of A-100 realtors. When it became necessary to sell the old apartment and buy a new one, I turned here. My apartment was priced at 2018 prices (just like in the article on realt.by "The cheapest apartments"). Attempts to express his opinion did not lead to anything. They didn't even want to listen to me ("the boss said to rate it that way"). I had to look for another real estate agency, where my apartment was sold from the first viewing at a price significantly higher than the offer of local realtors.

This is despite the fact that when they bought the apartment, they promised something completely different. Now there is a complete collapse in the yards, but the profit is coming.
