Pros: normal sound insulation; clean entrances; good elevators; large Windows; relatively large Parking.
Cons: there is a gas boiler in the middle of the yard and it smokes all winter. I am sure that security is being observed there, but I still have a feeling of fear that if God forbid it crashes, then the house next to it will fall apart

A very convenient area, a good interchange, the residential complex is warm, the children's yard is equipped with 3 fields, 2 football, 1 badminton, not a "human" , only 3 entrances to the house, 12-storey.
