Of the minuses- a little cramped for this area, traffic jams in the morning, the roads are cramped, ridiculous balconies. Among the advantages - not far from Al-Farabi, clean air.

The house is nice, but the place seems to be in a dumpster, the first floor does not work, only the subway, no shops, no pharmacies, nothing around, as if in the desert. Immediately the roadway, it is even dangerous to leave the gate, a taxi call arrives at the sanatorium, and not at the gates of the residential complex. It's all terribly ill-conceived.
