The house is nice, but the place seems to be in a dumpster, the first floor does not work, only the subway, no shops, no pharmacies, nothing around, as if in the desert. Immediately the roadway, it is even dangerous to leave the gate, a taxi call arrives at the sanatorium, and not at the gates of the residential complex. It's all terribly ill-conceived.

The company is not doing business very well. They build randomly, without all permits, from where and how the 4th floor appeared (how... on the forehead) is unclear. They don't know how to build a dialogue with a client. They are trying to pressure, threaten to refuse compensation and other reasonable demands
