I like the location, but I don't like it: there are a lot of defects in the house, the attitude of the developer and his unwillingness to fix the defects, the attitude of the housing department to the tenants (tariffs that do not correspond to the level of services). So far (we have been living for 2 years) there is no street lighting, and it is not even expected. There are no trash bins. The promised closed territory turned out to be a passageway - at the expense of the office of Vynakhidnyk, for which they made an entrance in the courtyard (and not outside the complex like other offices).
