A very problematic LCD. Elevators break down every day. Often, warm water runs behind the place of cold water. The house is 16 storeys high, there is a 17th technical floor on top. Quiet area in the city center. There is a kindergarten, a school, a river and a park nearby. View from the window to the whole of Astana. A playground, exercise equipment and a football field. Soon there will be a square on the side of the intersection. People are adequate, with a chat in the "Granite" whatsapp. There are a lot of places for cars, all the necessary shops are nearby. The biggest advantage of this railway is its location. You can get to any end of the city in the same amount of time.
