I have been here for the second year, the entrances are always clean and practical, there is a play area for both children and teenagers, there is also a store at the residential complex, nearby there is an ADC within walking distance, everything is already there. The territory is covered, cars do not enter, the road has a streaming car ride, but less often than in other places, a river flows nearby - it almost always smells fresh. Now the cons are thin walls, it gives off cold in winter, in all rooms where the windows blow very strongly (I think the problem can be solved with windows), but you can never solve the walls, noise insulation is 8/10, and a new RIVIERA residential complex is being built nearby - dust always goes from there, I'm not talking about the fact that it's always noisy and heavy trucks are constantly passing through the construction site, and the construction site is about 5 years old
