It took a long time to determine the nomenclature and quantity manager (the project was changing). I ordered almost 70 cubic meters of D500 blocks of various thicknesses. The cars arrived on time. The blocks have been uploaded. During installation, it turned out that some of the blocks in almost every pallet were not sawn. That is, for example, with the declared size of 625x200x250 mm, the block was 625x200x500 mm in size!!! When I asked why this happened, the manager (Alexander) replied that "he is not responsible for the work of the OTC service. Forgive us ...". As a result, the builders sawed the block on the site, killed a lot of time and tools. All the savings go down the drain. In general, the material may be good, but the problems with dimensions (plus geometry leaves much to be desired) and the manager's response simply killed it... It was cheaper and easier to buy blocks in the Moscow region

I ordered 4 trucks; The blocks are excellent; but gentlemen, attention: if you want the blocks not to split during unloading, unload one pallet at a time! You will unload two pallets, - you will split 4 blocks from the top and two blocks from the bottom from each pallet, and this is from the truck, - 2 cubes of battle! Moreover, the block comes whole, of perfect quality, I injected it myself, I spared the money for an extra hour of manipulator work for the first time! I don't do that anymore and the block is whole!!!
