A beautiful hotel in the center of the old town, but the rooms leave much to be desired. Soap is not provided in the rooms, as well as dental cleaning kits. I booked a hotel on a third-party service with breakfast and dinner included. As a result, upon arrival, the administrator made round eyes and said that they did not have any dinners. But the breakfasts are great! Keep in mind that since this is a tourist place, the street is noisy and crowded in the evenings. But after 23 hours, silence.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, quite new.They settled in quickly and before the scheduled time, we arrived in the morning. The room is clean, I was glad that the room had a bathtub, not a shower. The water pressure is good, there was always hot water. The Internet appeared without complaints even when approaching the hotel.The staff is friendly, they helped with everything. Tea on request. The only negative is that on the last night cockroaches were found in the room, huge!!!!!(it's good that it happened on the night of the eviction, we booked 3 nights)

The main advantage of the hotel is its location, the rest (cleanliness in the room, towels, quality of breakfast) leave much to be desired! And also - very poor sound insulation, every step in the corridor in the room is heard loud and clear, so you won't be able to fall asleep early😒

We booked ZiyoBaxsh for 3 nights with payment immediately from the card. We took almost the most expensive rate with a double bed. Upon arrival, the young man at the reception first stated that he did not see our reservation. Then I found it, but I said that the hotel was overcrowded and after a night we could be offered a place in another hotel just 2 km from the city. This did not suit us as the ZiyoBaxsh location is within walking distance of all the sights of Bukhara. As a result, the young man called somewhere and said that he had solved the problem with the number. He took us to the room and... The room turned out to be a triple room. A cheaper category. We refused such a number. We were promised a refund, but in the end the payment had to be disputed through the bank. I strongly do not recommend it
