I contacted the Zolak company on Thursday with the problem that the heating element in the BOSCH PPM does not heat. The next day they called and said that the heating element had failed which costs 400 rubles, I tell them that the heating element and the dishwasher are new, (before that I wanted to do it myself and disassembled the PPM, measured all the resistance on the heating element from a video from the Internet, assembled it by connecting it through a stabilizer, but the PPM still did not heat the water.) Then I say I'll come now, I asked if the PPM was disassembled, they tell me yes, we disassembled and found out the breakdown, I arrived in 5 minutes because I was not far away, they did not expect that I would arrive so quickly, and SUDDENLY found that the chip flew off the heating element, and the PPM was assembled. Anatoly the owner came, and says, like, how do I deal with electronics with knowledge, and I say that there is a circle at school. I didn't immediately understand what the trick was, then it dawned on me that the man was mocking me because I didn't understand electronics. Then Anatoly started to load me that I need to reset the board, as the program flew off, then he says that they are changing pipes and there is no water in the workshop. As a result, I arrived after the weekend on March 28, took it away and disassembled it on March 29 to check for "honesty". After bringing home, I decided to make sure of the honesty of this company and disassembled the dishwasher again, my guesses were confirmed, a pump with a built-in heating element was stolen from me and a rusty old pump with an old but working heating element was installed, apparently they suspected that this would not end. I brought this rusty pump to this workshop and demanded to return mine, but I had no chance to prove only photos that Anatolik did not even look at and sent me far away, saying that now there are no guarantees, but his guarantee is out of the workshop... On January 14, the photo of the native TEN shows on the right the light line, which was the TEN before the repair in the company ZOLAK, and what it became after the repair in ZOLAK. As a result, I came to the conclusion that I screwed myself by connecting the PPM through the stabilizer, since the PPM takes 2.5 kW, and the stabilizer passes only 600W. By connecting directly without a stabilizer, I solved my problem. The price of "repair" in the workshop "Zolak" working PPM is 80 rubles

Absolutely not competent managers!!!..not only do they not know the name of the models, Bosch technicians are also not competent and do not know their product that they sell and its characteristics..The horror! I needed to look for all the characteristics of this spare part myself...all the questions were answered, But I DO NOT KNOW..we do not replace it if it is not available..BUT I DO NOT KNOW.
Although the question was only about the hose to the vacuum cleaner..I can imagine what would happen if I had the equipment itself repaired
I do not recommend it!
