Some say one thing, others say the other. No one called 3 times and reported the cancellation and delay of the operation, no one could write on the card where I live, it's better to ask 100 times. The day before the operation is ignored, you ask not to call in the morning, you will get a call in the morning. When I woke up after the operation with a bloody nape, I did not hear a clear answer to the questions, but it made the nurse laugh very much. I literally had to beg her to wash my hair. So after another waste from anesthesia with plaster on my face, I was sitting on the floor on a pillow between the toilet and the shower, and then they put the same pillow back on my bed.)) Then I listened to what a terrible comb I had and my hair was like that, and in principle about the hardships of work and human life, although I was promised high-class care. No one dried my hair, they just offered me diapers, although I said I couldn't sleep with my head wet. By the way, the operation was delayed for 3-5 hours, so I woke up late in the evening and listened to requests that we not call the call button, because everyone was tired, everyone had to work tomorrow and the schedule was too busy and they didn't pay enough and so on. There is still a feeling that they just wiped their feet on me, the stars came together. I do not advise anyone to go through such a thing.
