11.11 went to get the lenses, a woman (introduced herself as a doctor), talked to me very rudely. She questioned me for a long time with a hit-and-run, why I do not know my lens radius and how I can wear them at all!!! instead of offering to measure it (as was done in other optics). It feels like they're not interested in customers at all. She turned around and left. I'm not coming back anymore. I usually don't write negative reviews, but it's just a shock how you can communicate with a client in this way.

The cheapest optics in the area. It's not the first time I've been here and they always serve me well. The employee is very pleasant and sweet!

There is an ophthalmologist in this particular place , not a compitent . He said that he needed stronger lenses, she said: "You will take my place and do whatever you want."
