The questions started when I came to pick up the finished glasses, after a long trial it became clear that I had been given the wrong lenses, they were confused. The specialist who was supposed to handle everything said that anything can happen. Yes, I understand, BUT I needed glasses by a certain date, because I was signed up for a driver's commission. After several of my urgent requests to try to settle the issue before the appointed date, we agreed that he would try anyway, but did not promise and would call back when ready.
As a result, I had to cancel the commission, it was supposed to be yesterday (6.12), no one has contacted me so far.
In this optics, customer orientation is at zero, if a mistake was made by employees of your organization, then it should be resolved within the company, the client should not know about your internal issues, you need to admit the mistake and make sure that it is solved with less losses for everyone, and not just dismiss the client with the standard phrases "anything happens".
