The gym is comfortable, there is everything you need: a cardio zone, strength training equipment, a TRX zone. I want to say a special thank you to coach Ana Dostovalova. A very professional trainer! He closely monitors the technique of execution, writes a variety of programs that do not feel routine, advises on nutrition, motivates for new achievements. Thank you for the fact that training has become a good habit, and not a hard labor that you force yourself to go to.

A fairly spacious gym, a lot of exercise equipment. But some, unfortunately, are in one copy. A decent shower room. There is very little space in the clothes box. A lot of young people train. The atmosphere is normal. In terms of cost relative to other halls, it's very good. The location is not bad enough. The coaches are young. I will recommend Denis (the incoming coach).

It's cramped. The variety of simulators is not enough for me. The tracks are also almost always busy, especially if you come on a weekday after 18. They often give out keys in a strange way: an empty locker room (and it's really big), and give me a key, for example, 33 and another girl 34.... well, roughly speaking, "bye to the priest" we change clothes.

I have been studying for 9 months, all this time visiting causes only positive emotions. Wonderful staff, always positive, you can ask any question and get an answer.
