My review will not be about any store and not about the employees of these stores. My review will be about the SUPPORT SERVICE, which, unfortunately, either do not want to work, or do not cope with their direct duties.
My appeal was created on 5.09. By means of a chat viber with a certain Evgenia Pronko. (to clarify: we talked about the incorrect accrual of points). The girl, in correspondence, assured me that it was just a technical glitch, and the points that are reflected in the receipt during the day will have to be displayed in the personal account.... At first, after our "communication", a day passed, then a week passed, today it's already 04.10 - but THE MIRACLE STILL HASN'T HAPPENED!!
DEAR FRIENDS, WHAT KIND OF A DILUTION WITH YOUR BONUS SYSTEM???
