I am a regular customer of this store. A wonderful store, a large assortment of goods. The room is always clean, the products are always in their place. Very good staff, always polite, friendly, always tell you what kind of food is suitable for your pet, help you choose a cure for parasites and shampoo. Everything is on top. I always leave this store in a very positive mood.

Very friendly girls, always went, everything was fine. But on 05.09.23, a situation occurred that changed the attitude. I was in a hurry this time. There was one customer at the checkout, and I stood behind him. The seller calculated the man and when my turn came, the woman who was choosing the goods nearby asked for help from an employee, because the buyer had his hands full. The girl left without a word (I continue to stand at the checkout first and only in line), helped, took some of the purchases, carried them to the checkout and .. BEGAN TO PUNCH THE GOODS FOR HER. To my: "Girl, I'm standing in line," she couldn't think of anything better than to say: "Well, the woman came to the store earlier," and these are the only words that were said in my direction, the word "Sorry", or something like that, did not sound once. Out of arrogance and limited time, I immediately left this store without shopping.
