I want to express my gratitude to the administrator and employees of the store!!! In May 2023, I made an order in an online store with delivery to this store. A few days later, I opened the Inspector package (drops on the withers) to treat my animals, and was unpleasantly surprised that the bottle with drops was damaged and the whole drug leaked out, despite the integrity of the package. Anna, the manager of the online store where I applied with the problem, explained that it could be solved through the administration of the store where I picked up the order. I called the administrator Anastasia, who promised to replace the defective drug from the supplier as quickly as possible. I expected a replacement in a week, but I received it in a couple of days, thanks to the prompt assistance of the store's sellers.
