Our experience with this grooming salon turned out to be extremely unpleasant, and we definitely won't repeat it.
When we took the puppy away after the procedure, he was clearly not himself: sad, apathetic, refused to eat and almost did not get up. This wasn't his first grooming, so we immediately noticed that something was wrong with him. We immediately called the salon to find out if they had given him any sedatives or sleeping pills. We were told that it was not.
The next day, the puppy's condition worsened: he had pain in the neck, he began to limp, constantly slept, and, coming to our arms, whined in pain. The veterinarian advised me to find out exactly what happened during the procedure and how he was treated.
We asked the salon to provide the recordings from the cameras. We were told that the recordings can be viewed, but only in person, because they allegedly cannot be rewound and cannot be sent. Moreover, you need to set at least 4 hours for viewing. We are working people, and such a time interval was a serious challenge for us.
A month has passed. When we asked to view the recordings again, we were rudely refused, citing high season and busy until October. As a result, we were unable to find out what happened to our pet.
We don't want to jump to conclusions and make accusations, but after comparing all the facts, we have to conclude that we do not recommend this salon. Please think twice before entrusting the health and well-being of your furry friend to them.

We were there for the first time, we really liked everything, we cleaned the kuna, cut the carpet, cut the nails. Everyone is very satisfied, the prices are very loyal, the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend it if anyone needs it.

Great. The first time I took the cat for combing - everything went just fine. She doesn't like to comb her hair at home and even tries to bite her wife. In the cabin, she sprawled on her back and did not even meow). Well, combing out so much wool at home is unrealistic, although we tried to scratch it regularly. 1-2 times a year, you definitely need to go to the professionals).

Now this is our favorite hair salon for a cat. Carefully trimmed the tangles, combed out a bunch of wool. We were satisfied.

We moved from Moscow. The haircut at Zoostyle met all expectations. Dog - tai-poodle Peechy (4 years old) - looks wonderful as a toy, the whole family is very happy. I've never looked so cute in Moscow.

Neighbors, please pay attention to everyone who has pets and goes to the ZOOSTYLe salon. The salon is located in our house from the side of the square.
I hasten to share my sad experience. After visiting the zoo for 2-3 weeks, the cat had scratches on his neck and paws, they thought food allergies-they began to treat, but a little later a characteristic spot was found on the head of the 4-year-old son, they scraped and revealed LICHEN. They took the cat to the same scraping, the diagnosis was confirmed!
As a result, long-term treatment of the child and the animal, numerous visits to doctors and room treatment.
I highly do not recommend this salon for animals! It's not that they don't process tools, they don't even wash the floors properly!

I hasten to share the sad experience of visiting this "salon"

Summing up the results of the trip to the salon:1200 rubles for the treatment of a child and a cat!!!!complete processing of the apartment, dry cleaning of furniture and carpets from lichen spores, frayed nerves and thwarted plans for the whole of December!!!!!
I highly do not recommend this salon for animals! It's not that they don't process tools, they don't even wash the floors properly!
As for the positive reviews, when you get there, you will realize that they were written by the "employees" of the salon themselves.

Professionalism, love and respect for animals. THANK YOU, GIRLS. Our first cat was a regular customer of the salon. Yesterday we took another Maine Coon cat to the complex. The cat is wayward, very aggressive to any manipulation at home. I thought that no one could handle it (a sad experience in another salon). But the masters are just a Miracle!!!
