We faced complications after castration of a male in the clinic at Chekhov, 65. The dog is not small, weighing about 17 kg. I was surprised to find out after the operation that he had not been stitched. It was very annoying right away. They said not to process anything, only give half a tablet to the petka for 3 days. Ointments and treatments were told not to do when we asked, and if dust gets on the street, the literal answer is: "Well, you can sprinkle with chlorhexidine." We are very responsible owners, the dog was always in the collar, he did not lick the wound. But! When he is sitting, the place with the incision literally touches the floor, the operated scrotum lies on the floor! And the floor is not a place where it is always sterile! As a result, on the 5th day, terrible swelling began, pus from the wound, it is always open. At the clinic, we were prescribed antibiotics, + petka again, but 1 tablet each, they told us to observe for 3 days and if there were no improvements, we would have to remove the scrotum. I'm stressed, after 2 days there are no improvements planned, it's scary to entrust the dog to these doctors again, anesthesia again, etc. It's just awful! I do not recommend contacting here for the castration of dogs.

I want to leave a positive review about the visit to the Zoovita veterinary clinic at 65 Anton Chekhov Street. We brought our dog for vaccination early in the morning, we were met by a very friendly receptionist, Elena. Before vaccination, the doctor conducted an examination. She asked about the well-being and behavior of our dog.
There was a dialogue with the doctor. And only after that we were told about the vaccine, about the possible consequences, and recommendations were given after vaccination.
The vaccination itself went quickly, Missy didn't feel much. It was our first time in this clinic and we really liked the service and attention of the specialists.
Our dog feels well after vaccination. Everything was noted and recorded in the vaccination passport.

It's a very unpleasant impression. I applied for one specific issue and had to overpay for other services. I brought my pet for teeth whitening and polishing. The dog is old, coughs a little if you put pressure on the throat (took off the collar). And it began: payment for an X-ray, recommendations to undergo a CT scan. Although all Toy Terrier owners are well aware of the peculiarities of their pets' trachea. The trachea narrows and deforms with age. It's just a feature of the breed. The next day, I asked a question about nutrition: is it possible for a dog to eat dry food after removing several teeth. And they just didn't talk to me. The literal answer of the "specialist (Kolesnikova Evgeniya Olegovna)"..: "You refused to receive and consult yesterday." Well, that is, I refused a full diagnosis of this very trachea and lungs. Plus, after 4 hours in the hospital, the dog has a limp on his right front paw. I suspect that the dog was pulled or carried by the paws. There is definitely a dislocation. Summary: contact this clinic only for technical issues. Only ultrasound, X-ray and laboratory. It is better to have all consultations and even more treatment with other commercially neutral specialists. I paid 27,000 tenge. And I did not receive an answer from Evgenia Olegovna Kolesnikova to my natural question about pet nutrition. I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Take care of your pets and your money.
