The children's eyesight was checked slowly, correctly and professionally. Like it. Of the disadvantages, the total area of the center is still too small. In the New Vision (which has closed), the new modern building was, of course, a huge plus. There - on the stream, here - more at home.

A very good medical center! We have been walking with the child for more than one year. Always polite administrators. Pleasant atmosphere. The child is being observed with a diagnosis of strabismus and concomitant. I really like that there is constant monitoring and correction of treatment. There were noticeable improvements in visual acuity and the eyes in glasses began to look straight. I am very glad that one day we got here for hardware treatment and stayed under observation.

I signed up with a child (15 years old) for an examination, for myself, because in the clinic at the place of service, unfortunately, the doctor leaves much to be desired, especially since we have moderate and progressive myopia, we were very satisfied with the examination, as I wanted him to be looked at, all my questions were answered in an understandable way They gave me the necessary recommendations. The only thing is, we waited 2 months for an appointment, but I was ready for it, because there are few medical centers where children are examined well (they used to go to New Vision)

The center left positive impressions. The staff is very polite and patient with children, the doctors do everything carefully, always with special attention. But the downside is that the recording is always for 1-2 months at least, and if the doctor cannot accept, they offer to re-record again a month later, and it's not a fact that no one will get sick again...

I enrolled the child for examination at 12 o'clock, when confirming the recording, the time was also 12:00. On the day of the visit, at 10:05, a call from the administrator where are we? I say that we will be on our way at 12:00. In response, they said no, they were scheduled for 10:00 ... I asked to check the recording, but in response I heard, do not come, you will not be accepted!!!! Customer orientation is zero!!!! They messed up themselves, did not offer to solve the problem, as a result, I took a day off at work in vain, it's a pity for the time spent!!!!

After a 2-year examination in Bugaeva's new vision (there is no reason to call it a doctor, the doctor did not even prescribe those procedures that are indicated in the usual examination protocols. I gave a verdict that my eyesight would fall and this should be taken into account) they began to seek help everywhere. Now for the 2nd year we go only to the zrok, we carried out diagnostics, picked up treatment, lenses and stopped the rapid decline in vision. Many thanks to the Doctors. It's a pity that we got to Bugaeva and lost precious 2 years.
